Recientemente renovada villa de tres pisos está en el corazón de la hermosa Rincón, Puerto Rico. A pasos de la playa de arena y de algunas de las mejores playas de Rincón. Esta unidad es muy amplio y situado justo en frente de la piscina complejo. Tiene una gran terraza en la azotea con vistas sobre el océano. Viene equipado con todas las comodidades necesarias, incluyendo una cocina completamente equipada, aire acondicionado, comedor, barbacoa, lavadora, secadora, ropa de cama, televisión, ihome, internet inalámbrico. Capacidad para 8 personas (1 rey, 1 reina, 2 literas). 2 cuartos de baño completo, 2 servicios.

Ve a algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Rincón, como el famoso Tamboo Bar & Grill, la hamburguesa Kahuna, los jakes java y muchos más. We loved our stay here. Communication with the owner and manager were great, checking in and out was a breeze, and the villa is very comfortable and clean. There are so many restaurants and shops and beautiful beaches in the area to explore and everyone was so friendly, I loved the small town vibe. We hope to stay here again next year!

Our family had a great time. Beach access was about a 3 minute walk. My son enjoyed surfing there. I do recommend water shoes if you plan on getting in more than ankle deep when the tide is low. There floor is rock with sea urchins hiding in the grooves. I enjoyed looking for sea shells and sea glass along the shore. We enjoyed the seclusion of the condo and its location to Rincon. We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Location was beautiful and close to central Ricon. Community felt very safe. Condo has lots of space. Loved the rooftop outdoor patio with a great view. Downstairs bedrooms were a little musty, probably due to being near the ocean. AC worked great.

Convenient and comfy

We absolutely loved our time at this condo in Rincon. It is an easy walk to an amazing surf beach and a huge bonus is the third floor rooftop that allows you to see the waves right from your place! AMAZING! If you love surfing and having the conveniences of a kitchen for breakfast and lunches, this is your place!

Great Condo in Rincon

This is a perfect place to stay if you are curious about Rincon. It’s a perfect location to hit all the West Coast of Puerto Rico has to offer. 40 minutes to Crash Boat, 50 minutes to the Gozalandia Water falls, and 10 minutes to the main town of Rincon and all the local beaches. We even drove to Old San Juan and it was only 2 hours in the car. The immediate area also has some great restaurants (Tamboo was my fav) but they close Monday-Wednesday. The condo was comfortable for us. Mike was a great host that responded very quickly to rectify a few mishaps. Power went out a few times during our stay which is very common but there is a backup generator that kicks on automatically. The only issue is the internet goes out for hours after. Wi-Fi stays on but is week. If your traveling with kids I recommend you bring their devices but we did have a board game night. The condo has many board game options. The highlight of our stay was the pool. It was so great to have that option after a day out in the extreme heat. The place has everything you would need for cooking, cleaning, and enjoying the water. The AC’s work almost too well as they make the units colder immediately however they drip a lot. We had to place towels and even a bucket under them to prevent large pools forming. The floor gets very slippery when wet so this can be problematic with small children. I would definitely go back to this spot. We felt very much at home here.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time celebrating my son's birthday in PR. Having a great place to stay made the experience stress free. Owner was attentive and responsive. Management company as well. Location PERFECT! Quick 3-5 min walk to the beach that was practically secluded. Great to walk down with glass of wine and sit by the water to watch sunset. Condo has great chairs, umbrellas and more! Will book again for the next trip!

Perfect stay

My family and I had a great time at this villa. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was easy. The villa is very spacious and centrally located to the best Rincon has to offer, just 5-10 minutes away from everything. It had easy beach access for the best sunsets and sunrises in Puerto Rico. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you'll need for a day at the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will for sure book again when in Rincon.

Nice place to stay but needs to be treated better.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Feel like the property has been getting a little taken for granted on cleanliness and maintenance but that is an internal process that could be fixed. I say that as a words of advice!!

Simply Amazing!

We had the pleasure of staying one full week in this beautiful property walking distance to restaurants, beach's and bars! This was a lovely gated community and all neighbors and guests were so wonderful to be around. This condo came fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels which made it so nice to enjoy the beach in comfort. Another convenience was the washer and dryer, we were able to wash all beach towels and bathing suits. The owner Mike was very responsive with questions that needed answers and his property manager Iris was easy to work with during the check in process. We will definitely be staying again and reccomending this condo to friends and family!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate my wife & sons girlfriends birthday week. There were 5 of us (16yr girl 20yr boy 24girl & 2 much older adults)w/ PLENTY of rm to spare. Grilling & cards on the upper patio(what a view)washer/Dryer Beach chairs towels everything in top notch shape & at Sandy Beach. What more could u ask for. Showers a little tricky but water pressure is great. Michael was an excellent host responded to everything, quickly. Recommended it to all our friends

Great Stay in Rincon

We really enjoyed our week in Rincon. The location of this condo was great!! We enjoyed the upstairs deck daily with beautiful views of sandy beach and the ocean, we used the pool every day and always had it to ourselves, the walk to Sandy Beach took less than 5 minutes and we were able to walk to Casa Islana for dinner (which was also great), short drive to lots of great area beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo!! Check in process was great (our flight was delayed and we got in late but property manager recommended a great place to grab a late dinner and the keys were ready and waiting for us after.

Perfect Location

Property was in a great location! Very quiet area. The beach was a very short walk from the house. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us (there was 7 of us plus a baby). The rooftop terrace was one of our favorite areas to hangout at night, the bugs were not bad ata ll, like they typically can be in warmer climate areas. Lots of beach chairs and most necessities needed were provided which was also great. We would stay here again!

Family vacation Puerto Rico

The condo was in a great location easy access to the beach and it had everything I needed. The management lady Iris was very friendly and helped us out with everything. The pool was a nice touch after long days at the beach. Mike was also responsive when I sent messages. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend that spot .

Total gem of a place

Loved this apartment so much! It is perfectly located, so close to wonderful restaurants, and a few steps from the beach. Our kids splashed in the pool every day. The terrace is gorgeous, we were outside every morning and overlooked the stunning view. Mike is super communicative and made our stay easy. Hoping to come back again some day!!

A wonderful vacation

We were 2 couples looking for some relaxation and this provided the perfect place to do that! The house was very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast, as well as cocktails and dinner on the rooftop terrace, where we could enjoy watching the surfers. We loved being able to walk to the beach and appreciated that there were beach chairs and towels for our use. We we unaware and surprised to find out that you couldn’t really swim at any of the nearby beaches because of the rocky footing made it challenging to get into the water at low tide. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect trip for our ever expanding family

Michael, was very helpful. We had 7 adults and there was more then enough room for everyone. Since the kids are all getting older we needed room for them their friends and significant others. The walking distance to everything in Rincon is perfect.

LOCATION!!!!

This was a GREAT stay. The property location was right off parking lots surf break. Coffee, beer, food very close by. The gated neighborhood kept the riff raff out and provided a feeling of security. 10/10 recommend.

Everything There

Nice property, lots of A/C, 3 min walk to beach, comfortable couches. Had beach chairs and snorkeling gear if wanted, games for the kids, etc.

Perfect spot in Rincon

What an amazing property. Check in was easy. The location is minutes from the Beach, two restaurants, two surf shops, and 10 minutes from downtown. The property was spacious, clean, well managed, and had everything we could possibly need and more. Lights went out in the bathroom- no problem-extra lights were available. Door hinge on spice door was a little loose - no problem-screwdriver in the hall closet. The neighbor was very helpful for the delivery of the new washer and dryer (even though we didn't get to use the dryer-no big deal, the balcony was SO big I lined dried all my clothes. No one else will have to do that after my stay-but it's breezy all the time for wet beach towel drying). Between Michael and Iris helping me get in, and being there every step of the way for little things, I had a wonderful time. This property has a pool, and direct line of sight to the most serene and epic beach area I've ever seen. You WON'T be disappointed! And you will be amazed by the sounds and sights of the local flora and fauna in the area.
