This three story villa is in the heart of beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico. Steps away from sandy beach and some of the best beaches in Rincon. This unit is very spacious and located right in front of the complex pool. It has a large roof top terrace that over looks the ocean. The complex has a backup generator and water so outages are not a problem. Comes equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, A/C, dining room, BBQ, washer, dryer, linens, television, ihome, wireless internet. Sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunk beds). 2 full baths, 2 half baths. Recently installed a small home office for those who need to work from home during the day.

Go out to some of the best restaurants in Rincon, including the famous Tamboo Bar & Grill, Kahuna burger, jakes java and many more. Or stay home and enjoy dinner on the roof top terrace then sleep it off on the roof top terrace hammock while enjoying the afternoon trade winds. Very quiet at night as the night life of Puntas Rincon is down the road far enough to get away from it but close enough that in 10 minutes you can easily walk to many bars and restaurants. Bring your surf boards and beach towels because this unit is steps from the some of the best surfing beaches in the Caribbean. A short drive to downtown, horseback riding and other great outdoor activities.

We loved our stay here. Communication with the owner and manager were great, checking in and out was a breeze, and the villa is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Location was beautiful and close to central Ricon. Community felt very safe. Condo has lots of space. Loved the rooftop outdoor patio with a great view. Downstairs bedrooms were a little musty, probably due to being near the ocean. AC worked great.

Our family had a great time. Beach access was about a 3 minute walk. My son enjoyed surfing there. I do recommend water shoes if you plan on getting in more than ankle deep when the tide is low. There floor is rock with sea urchins hiding in the grooves. I enjoyed looking for sea shells and sea glass along the shore. We enjoyed the seclusion of the condo and its location to Rincon. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and comfy

We absolutely loved our time at this condo in Rincon. It is an easy walk to an amazing surf beach and a huge bonus is the third floor rooftop that allows you to see the waves right from your place! AMAZING! If you love surfing and having the conveniences of a kitchen for breakfast and lunches, this is your place!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Lots of room for our group with great views and nice pool. Our A/C was out in one bedroom upon arrival but they were quick to respond. Love the rooftop deck!!

Great location. Very clean, and property management responsive. Perfect stay for two young families with small children. We only have to bring a gate for stairs because we had 3 toddlers, but we didn't mind bringing this because we knew about the stairs. Looking forward to come back.

Perfect stay

My family and I had a great time at this villa. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was easy. The villa is very spacious and centrally located to the best Rincon has to offer, just 5-10 minutes away from everything. It had easy beach access for the best sunsets and sunrises in Puerto Rico. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you'll need for a day at the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will for sure book again when in Rincon.

LOCATION!!!!

This was a GREAT stay. The property location was right off parking lots surf break. Coffee, beer, food very close by. The gated neighborhood kept the riff raff out and provided a feeling of security. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great property in a small fenced community. The owner is very responsive to questions and easy to work with. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. There is great walking access to the town, surf breaks and restaurants. Antonio's surf break and beach are steps away from your door. We greatly enjoyed our time here and will be returning.

Total gem of a place

Loved this apartment so much! It is perfectly located, so close to wonderful restaurants, and a few steps from the beach. Our kids splashed in the pool every day. The terrace is gorgeous, we were outside every morning and overlooked the stunning view. Mike is super communicative and made our stay easy. Hoping to come back again some day!!

The condo was in a great location easy access to the beach and it had everything I needed. The management lady Iris was very friendly and helped us out with everything. Perfect trip for our ever expanding family

Michael, was very helpful. We had 7 adults and there was more then enough room for everyone. Since the kids are all getting older we needed room for them their friends and significant others. The walking distance to everything in Rincon is perfect.

Nice place to stay but needs to be treated better.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Feel like the property has been getting a little taken for granted on cleanliness and maintenance but that is an internal process that could be fixed. I say that as a words of advice!!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time celebrating my son's birthday in PR. Having a great place to stay made the experience stress free. Owner was attentive and responsive. Management company as well. Location PERFECT! Quick 3-5 min walk to the beach that was practically secluded. Great to walk down with glass of wine and sit by the water to watch sunset. Condo has great chairs, umbrellas and more! Will book again for the next trip!
