The location is very convenient - Highland Park area offers access to stores and restaurants, plus the house is a block away from fabulous River Parkway walk and bike trails. The home is clean and very functional.

Perfect location for our needs

This was the perfect location as it was a short 5 minute walk to our son’s townhouse, Mississippi River walking path and the Hidden Falls park. The local dog park and shopping areas were also a bonus. A great stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice stay.

My husband and I and our dog were very pleased by this house. Very clean, good shower, comfy beds. The kitchen was very adequate for our needs. The location was perfect for us since we are walkers and it’s one block off of River Road. It’s also one block from Hidden Falls Park if you want to walk on trails right next to the river.

Great place.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. Its the perfect size for a couple plus a dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and people were friendly when we walked the dog. One block from River Road. Close to Lunds and Target for groceries.

Family Visit

The house was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the coffee and tea and appreciated the well stocked bathroom. We had some really fun movie nights in the big living room. The location is close to a great park on the river for my walks. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Location!

Everything was clean and so, so, quiet. I had a little dog and the neighborhood was wonderful for walks. Right next to Hidden Falls park and so beautiful to walk by the Mississippi. also a cute little stream in the park. Felt totally safe and access to everything is amazing! Wonderful Landlord and will stay there again when I go back to Minneapolis!!!!!

Clean and great location

Great little house in a nice neighborhood. Love the location- close to river walks (beautiful) and everything you would need (grocery, Walgreens, gym etc.) Leo was easy to communicate with and we appreciated a well stocked house - the extra paper goods were a bonus. Missing trash bags and dish soap but that was an easy grab when we shopped.

Comfortable home in a great location!

The home was neat, clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained, and provided a relaxing and quiet environment for our family to reconnect. We thoroughly enjoyed the walking paths that are literally right around the corner. We walked along the paths throughout our stay and never felt unsafe and despite having a big city address, the neighborhood has a smaller town feel, yet is close to everything. Leo promptly responded to all our questions, even after we had checked out, and provided plenty of amenities we weren’t expecting including a generous supply of extra towels, sheets, blankets, soaps, shampoos, paper products, coffee, tea, etc. to last way past the duration of our stay; and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Home, Pleasant Neighborhood, Great Location

Enjoyed the home and its great location – especially in relation to Hidden Falls Regional Park. Just steps away, the 2 of us and our dog had delightful hikes on the bluffs and on the shore of the Mississippi River on a daily basis. Also we tied our dog outdoors and she felt so comfortable lounging in the yard. The owners were very responsive to questions. Owners’ recommendations for restaurants were appreciated. Supplies in the house were generous. The kitchen nook is very nice along with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, cutlery, etc. Easy access to St. Paul historical homes and Fort Snell were touring highlights. Large TV was great for enjoying Netflix options. Our first time to St. Paul was an enjoyable experience!

Great stay!

We rented from Leo and Leni last year, but couldn’t get the same house, so were delighted to find out that they had another one, in an equally good location. Our adult children stayed there, as we needed overflow space over the holidays. Everyone was very happy with the house! It was very clean, very well stocked, and in a wonderful location. You can walk to stores, restaurants and walking trails. Leo was excellent at communicating with us and I would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful stay near Mississippi River

This home was perfect. So many nice details like a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee. Nearby there are many restaurants, boutiques, groceries for all your needs. And the location was steps away from the east bank of the Mississippi river where the walking paths are clear even in winter.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed a 3-week stay. This home was comfortable and cozy, although the weather was often very cold! The location is close to everything one could need with easy access to get anywhere in the Twin Cities. The hosts were ready to help with any need. We plan to return!

Family visit

I had a very comfortable stay. The weather was extremely hot and the A/C kept me cool. The neighborhood is quiet and was nice to walk along the Mississippi River. The kitchen is small and not many cooking pans but it was enough for me. Location is great to access both Minneapolis and St Paul.

We both were born is Russia. When we were teenagers Leo's family emigrated to Israel and Lena's family moved to US. We've met in Israel right after Leo has finished the Army service. Two weeks later Leo proposed and 25 yr later - 3 kids, 3 dogs, 1 cat, jobs that we like (Leo is a Realtor and Lena is Occupational Therapist ). Everything in life is about trust and we sincerely appreciate your willingness to trust us with your trip to Twin Cities. We never cut any corners and we never compromise the quality.
