While I can appreciate this guest noticing when the handle to the oven came off, I don’t understand why she did not report it and allow me to have it repaired. Thus the stove was repaired the day after she checked out. The square footage of the apartment is on the listing. 1000 ft.² does include the laundry area. Her companion took the larger master suite and loved it. For my own observations, I find it alarming that after destroying my VRBO linens with baby oil, my personal possessions under the bed were opened and two more sets of linens were destroyed with oil. There were also handprints on 3 walls made with the same oil. Add to this, neighbors reported that people were coming into my home and leaving within minutes throughout the day. This seemed suspicious to them. My home is anything but run down. Elizabeth’s traveling companion liked it so much he said he’d like to come back. On the upside, Elizabeth and her companion were quiet and observed the house rules. They paid on time. The house was tidy and check out instructions followed with care.

Cute, cozy and quiet side by side unit

The host, Sarina was excellent in responding and accommodating us. The check-in process was easy. It's an older home but the place was clean, cute and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the decor in the living rooms and kitchen, and the board games. There were plenty of essentials except for toilet paper. *Bring your own toilet paper.* The beds weren't as comfortable but we managed. But there were plenty of room for the four of us to sit, stretch and move around. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay here.
