We loved our stay but the heated pool was freezing (unusable) and the bed in the master bedroom could use an upgrade. The view was beautiful, the condo was in a great location and clean and warm. We would stay again!

This trip served as a break from our lives in all the ways it counted. The view was gorgeous and the condo just the right size to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed which allowed us to prepare several of our meals there. We appreciated the prompt reply when there were questions.

The only downside was the highway that runs directly in front of the deck. The upside was the view! Mountain peaks & the lake.The bedrooms are in the back, so it was quiet

Condo suited us perfectly. Good location not far from town. Lovely view of the lake, there is, however, a 4 lane highway between the condo and the lake. Condo was well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Owner answered questions very promptly. Would recommend.

Long ski weekend

Great location, easy to find. Close to the ski resorts as well as Dillon for food, groceries etc... Kids loved the heated outdoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

Comfy place, great views!

Comfortable condo with great views of the lake and back range. A few minor issues the first day but owner was incredibly prompt at responding and everything was resolved. Enjoyed our stay!

Ski getaway

Family ski trip to keystone and this condo was exactly what we were hoping for! The location was perfect and the layout worked very well our family of four.

Spacious Condo Near The Lake

This property was great for a group of 4. Plenty of space for hanging out, cooking and eating. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. As other reviews mention, it is right on the highway so there is some noise but still a great view of the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Views from the deck were beautiful and location was perfect! Only downside was highway noise. Communication with property manager was great when we needed it!

Our Sons Wedding!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo has incredible views and is so close to Frisco, Keystone, and Breckenridge. We had to adjust our dates slightly and the host was very accommodating. The building is a little dated but well kept. I would recommended for sure!!!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this fully appointed condo. The condo is decked out for large groups and is definitely focused on winter visits. The wide double sliding doors offer a wonderful view of the lake and do a great job cutting down on the highway traffic noise--when closed. If you're headed to the lake in the summer, though, and love the fresh air and watching the water from the deck, be prepared for some serious traffic noise.

Exactly as expected

Condo was wonderfully stocked with all the things you could need! We were able to easily cook for 6 people. The bunk room slept 5 teenagers COMFORTABLY! It was clean, modern, and the view was wonderful! We'll be back for sure!

Great except for beds in guest room

The unit was great except for 2 things: the beds in the guest room are not comfortable and the balcony is right next to a busy noisy highway. All else was great - fully stocked kitchen, all linens fresh & clean, upgraded, master bed very comfortable, location close to restaurants but not right on top of them.

Perfect stay

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and I definitely would say this was the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed at. Lou did not forget anything! He also was unbelievable at responding. Whenever I asked a question, his response was immediate! The condo is also very updated /beautiful! Location is perfect! I will be back and highly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything Lou! Our stay was fantastic!

Rundown

Property was a bit run down and dilapidated. There isn’t enough lighting. Very dim with every light turned on. Bathroom showers had mold and in need of caulking. Beds worn out. The coffee table was wobbly and about to collapse. The kitchen was recently refreshed and clean. Not ideal for toddlers. Lots of random little chocking hazards, and a cheap shelf with games and books Was also wobbly and not attached to wall.

Christmas Ski Trip

Pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. Well equipped kitchen. Push button gas fireplace. Deck overlooks Lake Dillon but highway 6 is in between, so significant road noise level when on the deck., but not noticeable inside. Detached garage. Easy check-in, responsive owner. Close to Keystone ski area, just outside the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne. We had a party of four, but you could cram more in with the bunk room if you were so inclined. Heated pool and hot tub available at the clubhouse which is a couple minute drive up the hill.

Beautiful stay in Dillon

You can’t beat the location if you have a group and want to stay close to the lake/amphitheater. It was a bit cramped so please beware there is only 1 big bed and the rest of the beds are bunks in another room. All in all a very pleasant stay and reasonably priced. Great walking paths just across the street as well!

Very clean, great location!

We stayed with our 2 teenage daughters. Great view of the lake and mountains from our deck and living room. Place was very clean and updated, very cozy. The only wish would have been safer access to the lake, had to cross a very busy highway. But the view of the sunset at the lake was breathtaking and worth the risk. The highway noise was fairly loud if doors were open, but the condo was pretty sound proof. And we did not notice the highway noise unless a big truck drive through. We did not hear our neighbors above or below us at all. Great location with quick access to the lake, Dillon, Silverthorne, the Dam road to Frisco and to Keystone.

Our family of 3 lives in Westminster, CO and have been skiing and snowboarding in Summit county for the last 15 years. In the summers, we do a lot of boating and golfing, so we are happy to have another place to go and do those activities while sharing it with others. Hopefully, you can have an enjoyable time at our Lake Dillon Condo!

We looked at tons of homes unlike your typical 3 viewings on HGTV, and we fell in love with the lake view and the close proximity to all of the ski resorts. So, we can pick our powder and get to whichever mountain has the best snow. Also, we love to golf, and there are plenty of great challenging courses all over the area to try out. Plus, we liked the lack of multiple levels and the open concept kitchen/dining/living room area, so our family can all be together when we are up there. And of course, the indoor outdoor pool and hot tub set up is great too and usually doesn't have a crowd of people using it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Shuttle bus right across Interstate 6 that can take you almost anywhere in Summit county is extremely useful, if my wife and son leave me at the mountain, so they can go home and swim. Plus, downtown Dillon is like a 3 minute drive and has a Concert Series in the summer along with lots of great little places to eat/drink.
