The professionally designed Casa Havana boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (each bedroom has a private full bathroom en suite), brand new pool and spa featuring 3 unique waterfalls along with a fire pit for the perfect setting.  The pool also contains a tanning shelf with colored bubblers great for little kids and sun bathers alike.  The fun does not stop there, we have built-in stainless steel BBQ with a sink for the perfect sunset dinner.  As a bonus we have a full 3 hole putting green that stretches the length of the property for your enjoyment.  Newly designed home contains custom white washed Brazilian wood floors and Spanish style exterior ceiling fans all make this one of the most desirable homes in the desert, an enclave of 75 golf course homes within the gates of PGA West. This property boasts a large number of luxury furnishings, stainless steel appliances, private pool, Spa, 3 Waterfalls, 2 Bubblers, Colored LED Lights with spacious rooms to allow comfort and enjoyment for you, your family and or friends to vacation in style.



LOCATION

The property is located close to the Polo Grounds in Indio and all the other popular locations in the desert. The location is perfect for attending any of the events throughout the year including any of the music festivals (Coachella & StageCoach), shopping and casinos in the area. After returning from golf or other events you will have the perfect home to relax and get away from the crowds. Bike paths, nearby tennis courts and upscale dining makes this home ideal for all ages.



OUTSIDE PATIO AND PRIVATE POOL

Sit outside on the patio and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and golf right at your foot steps.  No expense was spared in building this amazing pool, spa, 3 waterfalls, 2 bubblers, baja shelf, fire pit along with the latest Colored LED pool & Spa lights.  The outside deck also has a stainless steel gas BBQ, reclining lounge chairs for enjoying the sun.



INSIDE THE HOME

The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, tile counter tops and a large island to entertain or cook your favorite meal. The home has a large dining area with formal seating for six. The floors are tiled with a Brazilian timber wood plank throughout most of the property with various areas rugs throughout each room. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom and there are 6 HDTV flat screens throughout the house. The master bedroom has an upholstered King Bed, and beautiful en-suite bathroom, dual sinks and spacious deep soak bathtub. The home has (Free) WiFi throughout the property including areas of the outside patio. The home has the following details when it comes to fun: Full size Billiard table, Foosball table and a Multi Game Classic Arcade machine. The living room is very large containing vaulted ceilings with 3 glass sliders opening to one of the largest golf course holes in PGA West.



The community boasts walking trails, tennis courts, community pools and its own putting green so you can practice before your big game.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

***Pet Policy (Subject for approval)

The pet fee is $125+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.

Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.

Pets must always be leashed within the community.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.

Pets cannot be up on any furniture.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival and we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do.



We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.



Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 65' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.



Private Pool: Please keep in mind the pool is not gated.



To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



4 Bicycles are also provided upon request.



The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.



The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
