Great sunrise views from large corner balcony. We were 5 adults on golf trip so good location for access to courses and meals before and after. Sea Captain next door is a plus.Unit was everything as described and resort is great for family with young kids looking for beach and pool activity. Good follow up by host.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with easy access to Broadway. Beach was less crowded than areas closer to pier. Check in/check out process was easy with management company, but very difficult onsite. If you have a lot of luggage to load/unload, the parking lot in front is very small and luggage carts are few and far between. If you plan to leave right at check out time plan an extra hour to get everything loaded.

Home away from home

We loved all the different pool options and the tiki bars. It may have been a family vacation but it’s nice to have adult fun too. Everyone loved the roominess and it was clean. Plenty of options for the young and older kids.

First Family Vacation

It was just as pictured. Very clean inside the condo. Even had a stock of games for kiddos! The only thing I didnt like was trying to locate where the dumpster was, that was a bit confusing. By far the best pools on the strip! In my opinion it was by far the best condo/hotel on the strip ! 10/10 recommend

Overall great

Had a problem with one of the televisions. They responded quickly and repaired it. All of the beds were extremely had. Everyone complained about their back hurting. Didn't get much sleep due to this.

first time to myrtle beach

Condo is as described. spacious, clean, amazing balcony with great sunrise views and ocean view. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space. Location is within walking distance to entertainment and stores. pool area is nice and any loud noise is done by 11 pm. Would recommend and plan to return!

Family vacation

I honestly thought the pics online were photoshopped, the view couldnt be that amazing... it is 😀 It was like being on a cruise ship when we were in the master bedroom or in the living room, all we could see was ocean!!!! I will say though we have stayed in a few VRBOs and we are used to dealing directly with the owners, its a little different with a management company. I think this must be just an investment for the owners, they must never stay here, the unit itself needs some touch-ups. If we were only staying a weekend I would have overlooked how FILTHY the front door is but we saw it several times a day for 6 days. I dont know how it got so dirty? Its in a hallway, not exposed to the elements and noone elses door was this dirty. It was the first thing we saw and was instantly hesitant about the rest of the unit until we got inside. The view is what sells it. The interior walls could really use a paint job also, its such a beautiful spot, its a shame I noticed it. The linens are very clean, beds are super comfy, living room furniture is comfy but starting to wear. Shower has amazing water pressure and lots of hot water I would recommend placemats for glass dining room table. The kitchen was missing pot holders and measuring cups, had to go to the dollar store and left them for the next renters. The pots/pans also need replacing I would DEFINITELY rent this again 💗💗💗

Excellent family vacation condo

The property is exactly as the pictures show. The rooms are large giving all of us ample room. We took our 5 kids and there was plenty of room to accommodate us for a week. The property management company is very responsive to any and all communication. We had a problem one day and they immediately acted to solve it. Would definitely stay again!!!

Our first trip to Myrtle beach!

We had a great time! The view was my favorite! Great location and we had all of the supplies for cooking and relaxing that we needed! My kids loved the pools, hot tubs, gym and game room. We had a slight hiccup with the door code on arrival, but the on call representative fixed things in about 30 minutes. We would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Beautiful View-Not Marriott Standard

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view- however the property, building and furniture not up to a Marriott standard. We used our points to rent this for a family function. It was definitely disappointing when we walked into the building and even the elevators were dirty. Definitely NOT what was expected as this was down as a “luxury rental”.. it was NOT even close. Not sure you would say there one one LUXURY thing about this rental. The view was gorgeous and that is what we focused on.

The condo itself was clean, aside from a few paint touch ups that could be done. The vents needed to be cleaned. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The ocean view was beautiful! However, every single time we opened a balcony door, the smell of pot filled our room. Parking garage is across the street, where there is also a starbucks, ice cream shop, etc. We did not use the pools, as they did not seem the cleanest. The building itself is in need of more routine upkeep: painting, cleaning, maintenance.
