Mark, We are sorry you felt we deserved such a bad review. We work hard to satisfy every guest and maintain the property at a high standard and wish we know what we could do better.

Thank you for ther review Catherine. I wish I know what we could have done better to earn your 5 star review. It sounds like you had a great time other than the weather. I wish I could have controlled that too.

Thank you for the review Ariel, we hope you come back to visit soon.

Thank you for the review

Im sorry we couldnt earn your 5 star review and only wish we knew of your concerns during your stay. The TV works but sometimes needs some explanation as there are 5000 channels from all over the workd on it. The dishwasher seems to be working fine. I wish we knew more about what issue you experienced. We have a chandalier in the dining room that has 2 sockets that dont work. They cannot be fixed without replacing the whole chandalier.

We are sorry to hear about your first impressions and hope that you are able to enjoy the home, pool and location for the rest of your stay. I wish we knew about your concerns with the neighbor. We could have asked him to turn it down.

Thank you for the feedback. We provided it to the owners and have just replaced some of the furniture as you suggested. We hope you will egive us another try so you can enjoy the property the way so many others have.
