What a wonderful place to stay. The balcony was very large with great seating and beautiful views. You couldn’t ask for a better place. The condo was well decorated and perfect for the 4 of us. The resort and its amenities were great too! The resort was complimented by the beautiful white sand beach. Our host was very helpful with recommendations. Looking forward to staying again!

Quick family getaway

The balcony is worth every penny. Stunning sunsets, view of turquoise water, and fireworks on Saturday night. Perfect location. Highly recommend!

An amazing place to stay!

I highly recommend staying in Nadia’s condo! She was nothing short of amazing with communicating, and keeping me up to date on all of the details. Her condo was decorated absolutely beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Even though I did not meet Jonathan and Priscilla in person they seemed over emails and messages very intelligent and caring people. Fast communication. Left my unit immaculate. Would love to have them back. ☺️

Awesome

Exceeded our expectations.Condo was clean and well kept. The balcony was nice and spacious and well furnished. The ammenties were also great. Everything we needed was there.

Pictures do not do this unit justice. . . it is so beautiful! The balcony was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. We were there over the 4th of July weekend and the fireworks were amazing. It was wonderful to be able to stay at the unit and see all of the fireworks from the balcony; not having to get out in traffic and crowds. The complex itself is beautiful and it was great having the gas grills. Ms. Nadia was incredible to work with. Anytime we had a question, she responded w/in the hour at most and was so sweet. You will NOT go wrong with this rental. . . .100/10 for sure! 10* out of 5!!

Overall very good

Very beautiful place to stay in destin with priceless views,Home was fully equipped and very clean, check in process took little longer then I thought but owner is very easily reachable and on point if you have any problems! So over all I am very happy with our stay! We enjoyed and would come back again!

Love 💘

I love love the view. The balcony was o so worth it. Very clean. Only down fall was the nest thermostat the eco temp was set to 76.. every time we turned temp down it would get to it and go straight back up.. end of June is warm and 76 isn't great. The shower in the master room doesn't get really warm shower was like Luke warm. If you need more toilet paper or anything like that you'll have to go to the other building. But over all ver satisfied and will definitely book again..

Perfect Destin Getaway

This is the perfect blend of vacation destination meets home away from home. This condo is situated within the Pelican Beach Resort complex and while the main resort seemed loud and maybe a bit crowded, the Terrace is quiet and peaceful! Absolutely perfect! You can take advantage of all of the resort amenities and then go back to the this quiet condo and relax while enjoying the breathtaking views from huge balcony on the 15th floor! We'll be back!

Very Nice!

We had a great time and this facility was Awesome! Everything was very clean and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Destin getaway

This condo was perfect for our getaway. Check in was quick and convenient and the unit super nice. The views were amazing and it’s right in the middle of all the restaurants and hot spots!
