Villa Rincón del Mar is a private villa (approx. 200 m²) in the upscale residential area of Lo Cea, Rincón de la Victoria, overlooking Málaga Bay. Enjoy 180° Mediterranean views from nearly every room and across multiple terraces—on clear days you can see towards Gibraltar and the African coastline.

The property was well kept and very nice. The view was great, the pictures don't show really how good it is, Holger was a very nice host.and also very helpfull,and knowledgeable. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much and would love to stay again if possible.

On the hole we had a great time at the villa. Facilities were excellent and the view was outstanding. The pool was perfect, the villa was beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful property with outstanding views

Holger is a great host with a beautiful property, and we especially enjoyed the lovely pool and outside area. The house is very well-equipped, both inside and out and, as it is perched high on a hill, has magnificent views.

Villa Rincon Del Mar is Awesome

We had a most excellent stay at Villa Rincon Del Mar. Holger provided prompt and complete information regarding the entire stay and was very responsive with all our inquiries both before and during the stay. The view from the Pool Deck is spectacular and the villa itself is roomy and bright. We treated Holger and his property with respect and he in turn treated us the same. We would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to The Costa Del Sol.

Extremely nice house, spectacular view. The house is comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool is nice, nice area to relax with sufficient shade. The beach is close by (nicely visible from the house), but due to the hilly surroundings, it is not within walking distance (in our opinion). Rincon has a cozy center, several excellent supermarkets, including a large Carrefour and Basic-Fit.Malaga is very close, just 25 minutes by car to the center, and Nerja and Torrox are also nearby. Finally, the Alhambra is well worth a visit, about a 90-minute drive away.The owner is friendly and flexible and doesn't mind if you discuss the house rules. The house also has a beautiful garden and plants. The owner is looking for a nice plant species that doesn't shed its leaves quite so much :)

Bad experience

So started off bad as rather than use this site lots of emails arrived the day before the holiday with all sorts of riders that would have stopped me from booking, things like water the plants ( not what I go on holiday for) no guests in the villa whatsoever, understand overnight but friends in for a coffee?? Then we have building work across the road causing clouds of dust over the pool area which seems to be my responsibility to deal with, we did try. We then get to them keeping half the deposit as the villa was very very dirty, my wife is renowned for her cleanliness so apart from the dust the place was spotless and everyone we have mentioned this to has just laughed, so villa nice, pool area lovely, host has strange idea at what constitutes a holiday

Well, this is one of the customer owners do not want to have!!! At first they did not read any e-mail or instruction send to them before arrival. Secondly they have no understanding, that renting a private Villa is not a hotel and you are responsible for the time of renting. If the villa having plants inside the house, they need water. That is common sense!!! Thirdly I it was agreed to hand over the Villa at 08:30 in the morning. I was waiting, but they left already without hand over or check out. They are just disappeared. Fourthly usually our cleaning team can clean a villa within 4 hours. This the time an even bigger team needed 7,5h to clean the Villa. Warning to every owner, stay away from this kind of people.

Amazing!!

The villa was perfect for us. There were 3 couples and there was plenty of room. The view is amazing, just like the pictures show. The host is very helpful with questions we had about the area and any needs we had. He even set up a cook to come to the house and she made us paella, which was amazing.
