We had such a wonderful stay for the weekend! Beautiful location..so close to the beach and convenient to stores and restaurants. The house was so clean and had everything we need.. towels and linens a major bonus! We will definitely be staying again!

Just one block from the beach. The beach has some sort of rubber track as you enter the sand area that continues to the water. Easy to transport beach items across the sand. Bottom unit - easy access. Two bathrooms. We enjoyed the area. Cooked meals at home and ate out. Great time.

We had the most incredible time at this beach house — it was everything we hoped for and more! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the patio was pure bliss.The location was perfect — just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed, from great restaurants to little shops and ice cream spots. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meals easy when we didn’t feel like going out, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space to relax.We made unforgettable memories here — long beach days, games at night, and cozy mornings with the ocean just a Stone throw away . We can’t wait to come back next year. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful escape by the water!Andrew was a very good host!!

Great spot!

Family of 4 with two small kids - this was the perfect spot for us! Proximity to the beach, comforts of the home, and a fenced in patio was the cherry on top. Kitchen had everything you could need and loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Great host - thanks again!

Perfect

I booked a weekend away for my husband’s birthday. We love Brigantine and was excited to stay at “a stones throw”. It was wonderful, relaxing and way too short a stay. Andrew, our host, provides you with whatever you may need. The location is perfect for beach access, restaurants and convenience stores. Having a designated parking spot is also a plus. We parked and walked to wherever we needed to go during our stay. We definitely plan to return.

Weekend Trip

My oldest daughter had a basketball tournament in Atlantic City. With smaller children I opted to have a more quiet, comfortable stay and this property did not disappoint. We love the Jersey Shore and this was perfect. Steps away from the beach, food around the corner and a quick ride into AC for our events. Owner was great with communicating. Property was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect stay steps away from the sand

Stayed here with my partner and we had more than enough space! Place was so clean and perfect for a family of 4-6. The bathrooms are so beautiful and the location is perfect. One block from a taco place and Jersey cow icecream. And the beach is even closer. Andrew was the perfect host and super accommodating.

Amazing!

From check in to check out the overall experience was excellent! Owner was superb! Clear communication with the owner from the minute we booked, property was immaculate, instructions for every aspect of the property were neatly posted and easy to access & understand, switches and closets were labeled... I could go on and on. It was an excellent experience and next time I'm in town, I will definitely book this property!

Great Stay Year Round

Had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home in February. Great location of course for the warm months but a fantastic spot for a 2 couples to spend a weekend anytime of the year with it being a short drive to Atlantic City.

Weekend getaway to RELAX

First arriving to propertyI had received a text 2 hrs before stating the cleaners were running so my check in might be delayed. I texted and called property owner but never got a response till an hr later. I had to call vrbo to get check in code. Afterwards enetering the place it was just as seen on site. It was clean, just enough space and excellent location near restaurants, gas station Wawa and CVS. I would definitely come back to this property during the summer time. It a 1 minute to beach. Thanks for stay, my relaxation was well needed.

Nice little place steps from the beach

We had stayed here in the spring and really liked it, so booked another stay for me, my husband, our one adult daughter and her boyfriend and our little dog. It is small, but big enough for 2 couples. It’s a nice quiet area, so it’s fine to walk around the neighborhood and go to the beach for a walk. There is no downtown area, but we knew that already.

Excellent stay!

We had a lovely stay with our baby and two dogs. The condo is spacious and clean with all needed amenities. The host was quick to respond and accommodate. Location is excellent. We definitely hope to return soon!

amazing week at Andrew's beach place

Andrew was so nice to work with, replied quickly and thoroughly to my questions. His place is beautiful, well kept and stocked, clean and very well-located. We very much hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. Andrew puts alot of effort and special touches (tea, a little chocolate and snacks to welcome) around his place that are so welcoming. Wonderful wonderful week!

I am also a wildlife biologist that worked major energy projects in the southwestern United States. My wife is a pediatric nurse who works at CHOP and have two beautiful children that are the center of our world.

We both try to lead healthy lifestyles w/ clean eating, but still dabble on occasional treats!

I purchased this property for a few reasons. First, I always wanted to own a shore property as this was a large part of my childhood memories and so I wanted to relive those experiences with my own familly. Also, I shifted my career to the vacation hospitality industry. I help other homeowners in Brigantine manage their vacation rentals. It only made sense to buy one for myself.

This is the only property located on Ocean Avenue with a lounge patio directly in front of the house. This is the perfect location to observe all the local activities and socialize with the passing patrons. This condo is surrounded by other Million Dollar homes and looks like one itself, It blends right in. You feel like you won the lottery!
