The space
Beach front living at its best. This charming, all-season Brigantine condo, located on the north end of this friendly island, has been newly professionally decorated. With direct beach access just steps from your front door, no streets to cross or stairs to climb, this premier beach location offers the smell of the sweet salt air wafting through your unit, and the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean waves crashing along the shore. This one bedroom, one bath condo offers upgraded amenities and furnishings, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with gleaming quartz counter tops, a cooktop, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine and a deep sink with undercounter lighting. You’ll have everything you need to whip up a meal or a picnic lunch to take to the beach. Inside the cozy unit you will find a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. You’ll also find bedding and linens provided for your care-free beach existence. A hair dryer and wardrobe hangers, terry cloth robes, USB charging stations, dimmer switches, bedside lamps for reading, two TV’s for catching up with your favorite shows, Wi-Fi access and a dedicated work station are all furnished to round out your beach home away from home. For year-round comfort, the unit has a self-controlled heating and air conditioning unit, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are coin operated laundry machines just steps away within the complex, two outdoor dining areas...one covered and one open air. The complex also offers a large, private, comfortable outdoor shower with dressing area and a foot-shower/rinsing station for tenants only. There are two entrances to the beach, one on each side of the complex. Speaking of beach visits, beach towels, two season beach tags, and beach chairs come with the unit for your pleasure.
There is something for everyone in Brigantine. Walk to town or rent a bike and cruise the bike lanes in this sleepy village town. Shop the small mom and pop shops (buy local) and grab a bite to eat at one of the locally owned restaurants. For environmentalists, swing by the nature preserve, a tranquil beach area with a vast wildlife refuge, plenty of bird life and serene tidal pools, or check out the Marine Mammal Stranding Center and their museum dedicated to the plight of local marine mammals. For sports enthusiasts, play a round of golf at the nearby Brigantine Golf Links course, or play a challenging game of mini golf. For nightlife fun, Atlantic City with its famous historical boardwalk and expansive beaches and casinos are just a five-minute drive away. Visit the nearby Borgata, Harrah’s and Golden Nugget to try your luck.

Guests have access to the entire condo as well as the two common areas within the property (deck on second floor with roof covering and open area deck closer to the beach path). Guests also have access to the outdoor shower and rinse off area.
