This studio is a lovely oasis surrounded by nature. The surroundings are peaceful and the studio is neat, clean and super comfortable. It is a great home base to explore the area.

Hidden Gem

Quiet, peaceful with no WiFi but good mobile coverage. If you enjoy nature, and a peaceful environment, this retreat is for you. Well equipped studio catering for all your needs. Very spacious. I would definitely go back there.

Peaceful stay at chapman hill

Beautiful, spacious property. Clean and comfortable. Very nice place to relax and unwind. Fresh flowers to decorate the space are a nice touch and it's lovely to have so many birds about. Marina and Colin are friendly, approachable and thoughtful. Hope to come back!

Breath of fresh air

Though out of Busselton, an easy drive in and worth the spacious, delightful accommodation in relaxing beautiful setting. Everything you need and more. Hubby enjoyed practising golf.

Beautiful Studio in a typical Aussie bush setting. Very peaceful & well appointed with everything you need. Lovely artwork & homely touches. Plenty of space & even on a cold morning it is so well insulated it stays very cosy. Highly recommend.

Cosy and comfortable

Lovely property. Just what we needed for a winter get away. The studio was cosy and very comfortable. Lovely fireplace with plenty of wood. The owner Colin came to see we had everything we needed. The location was great, very secluded in the bush.Highly recommended this property.

It’s a spacious and comfortable place, larger than the description “studio” suggests. It is away from it all so you have to be prepared to drive and the internet is frail.

Week's Getaway Busselton

Terrific location and well appointed one bedroom studio, optional sofa bed in spacious lounge / dining /kitchen. Good sized bathroom/laundry. Front deck was pleasant to view nature/wildlife and relax overlooking the property. Countryside farm setting far enough to getaway from it all and only 16.5km from Busselton central. Chapman Hill is close to other wineries, cafe/lunch spots. Friendly owners - Colin & Marina. Will stay again!!

Personal overview of our stay

We battled with the mattress. And woke with very sore backs hence out early departure The positioning of the micowave was a cause for concern as when opening the door one had to be careful it never slipped off the hinges. Difficult to cook in due to its position next to the fridgr.
