House was beautiful- we loved the heated pool with great outdoor kitchen and convenient downstairs bath. Enjoyed the owls nesting next door and even saw an iguana. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. Gorgeous hall bathroom and shower. My only drawback to the house is the loft area - we had 3 small children and were not comfortable letting them use or sleep in the loft due to the spacing of the loft railing as well as the spiral stairs. I would absolutely recommend this house for people with older children or adults only - but not with small children (we were 8,6 and 3 1/2 yrs)

Spacious and Clean House

Great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had a modern kitchen and family room. It is centrally located with a 5 minute drive from restaurants, beach, and the marinas. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time here. The amenities were great to just stay at the rental or spend a day at the beach. Maria’s communication was seamless and she offered many suggestions on ways to entertain the kids. I would recommend to any larger families or groups.

This house was very clean and had most every amenity needed.The pool area was relaxing and quiet.The house was stocked with just about everything we needed for our vacation and the beds were very comfortable. The newer kitchen was a bonus.

Great spot for a group!

We had a nice weekend stay in Marco Island. It was great to have comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and space for our group to hang out. We had a few questions for the host throughout and she was incredibly responsive and friendly.

Marco Island Getaway!

Maria and Arnaldo were fantastic hosts! The home was spotless and more than accommodating for two couples and two teenage boys. The boys had the best time riding around the island on the provided bikes and ending the day with a jump in the pool.

Motorcycle Vacation

The garage was our attraction. We towed 3 motorcycles here to ride south Florida and the keys. A permit for parking the trailer was required by the town but it was easy and FREE. Great property and location.

Beautiful home

Our family of four had a great stay in this Marco Island home. Very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities that you would expect. We loved the quiet neighborhood and peaceful, private pool and patio area. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court too. Very good communication with the property manager! Highly recommended this home if Marco Island is your destination

Perfect for family with teenagers

We enjoyed the amenities, plenty of separate outdoor patios for kids who like their own space, loft was great for older kids, would not want young kids up there with railing spacing and spiral steps, pool was nice. Bikes need some TLC to be usable.

We enjoyed the property immensely. The owner has everything you would want or need even a grill so you could BBQ by the pool. Would recommend to everyone.

Host Maria is wonderful. Excellent and rapid responses to our requests. A few things could use updating I.e pillows, bed linens ( not a major deal). Kids had a blast on outdoor basketball court. Pool area needs some updating but again, kids had a blast. Would recommend -particularly for shorter stays of 3-4 nights

Great location

Great location, and we loved having access to the garage and the screened balconies. We wish the weather had been warmer so we could use the unheated pool. Some spaces had recently been renovated and were very beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was easy to get in and out. Would stay again!

Day after Christmas 2020 Stay

This property lived up to our expectations as far as comfort, cleanliness and creature comforts were concerned. An additional half bathroom in the garage, along with a refrigerator make pool usage even more enjoyable as there is no need to walk up and down the stairs. The owner was very responsive and quickly took care of our needs.
