Oceanfront Fun in the Sun

The condo is in a perfect location making it the best for walking to all restaurants, bars & beach in the Coligny Area. One of our most enjoyable aspects is the oceanfront balcony. We spent a lot of time just people watching, enjoying cocktails & sunning ourselves on the balcony. It’s also a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The condo was clean & spacious for us two. Everything worked as expected. The ice maker didn’t work but ice cube trays are provided. Communication with the Evolve Team Member was easy & helpful. There are minimal sample items provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap so bring your own & we ran out of TP so you may want to pack some extra. It was overall an amazing time in HHI!

Great location and view

We had a great week at this condo! It’s small for two adults and two children but we made it work. Location was perfect! Quick walk to restaurants and bike rental. Great kitchen as we cooked a few meals. Only negative was there isn’t a tv in the bedroom so after the kids went to bed, we had to sit on the bistro chairs one on each side of the pullout sofa and quietly watch tv. We had the best time! Thank you!

We have stayed in this area before and really like it. This condo was outstanding. It had everything we could ask for. The shower was outstanding! The view was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!!

One of the best

We’ve stayed in a number of Breakers units over the years because we love the location. This is the best of the lot. Clean, nicely updated, great appliances. Would come back again.

Great location and view

It was our first visit to Hilton Head and the condo was just perfect for us. We are happy we stayed here because it is walking distance to everything we needed, restaurants, a grocery store, etc.

Excellent - highly recommend

The property manager was exceptional. We arrived early and she made sure the cleaning crew was able to finish early so we could check in early. The property was so clean- beyond my expectations. The view was worth it- one of the best views from the whole complex in my opinion. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I would have is for a broom to be added to the complex. They have a small hand broom, but with sand coming into the condo, a regular size broom would have been ideal.

Wonderful view

We’ve stayed at breakers many times and love the location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and grocery. The view from balcony is amazing!! The place was nice but needs some updates and a good deep cleaning.

Beautiful views! Just Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time the first time we stayed at this condo we decided to make this our annual anniversary trip! Perfect location, beautiful views and all the conveniences of home. Li (owner) went above and beyond with her communication and made our stay very comfortable. You can see sunrise and sunset from the balcony, it's doesn't get much better than that.

Pleasant space, well-equipped kitchen, pretty view, close to amenities. The only fault we could find was the property next door had outside workers which was noisy at times.

Beautiful sunrise

We had a great stay as a family of 4. Condo is in prime location with great ocean views. The bed and sleeper soafer were comfortable and bathroom seemed newly remodeled. Walking distance to everything. Clean upon arrival with good amenities such as chairs, soap and basic cooking supplies. Would recommend for a couple or family with small kids

Perfect

My wife and I came down for our “baby moon” before our twins get here. It was perfect. Right on the beach so we could go sit and relax, and when she was ready we could come right back up. Close to all the shops and food made for a fun trip without overdoing it.

Short Getaway

The room, view, and beach experience was awesome. There was one day of Tropical Storm Idalia, so that was not good. We were able to watch out our balcony window, so it was an experience. The location is walking distance to all we needed: grocery store, restaurants, and plenty of shops. I recommend this location for all couples!

Ocean view was the best

Description was accurate. Refrigerator worked well, hairdryer in the bathroom, starter supplies provided. Parking was easy, across the street from Coligny plaza. Ocean view was top notch and the main reason to rent this unit.

The property was very nice and it was clean. It really was exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication was great. The only negative I have that they would have had any control over was I would have liked maybe one or two more sets of towels and washcloths. There were only three washcloths and there were two of us there for two days so four would have been ideal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but who wants to do a load just for that.The other negative was which was beyond their control was the elevator was out-of-order. We had booked the third floor for the views. With a foot injury and no elevator, it was not ideal. It wasn't awful, but not preferable for that or lugging up suitcases. The pros far outweighed these two cons and I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a nice semi-private area as far as the boardwalk and beach access. I loved sitting out on the balcony.We didn't have great weather when we were there, which was unfortunate, but that's no one's fault. We made the best of it.
