We welcome you to experience and enjoy a truly tranquil and picturesque stay in this modern oasis known simply as Villa Ana. This Villa, completely finished in 2019, is situated in Nečujam, on the island of Šolta, and offers all of the modern amenities only steps away from the crystal clear Adriatic sea and the Diocletian's pond. Villa Ana, and its team, offer a great setting that will leave you simply loving your home away from home.. so, come visit us.
This marvelous FOUR STAR Villa can accommodate up to five guests comfortably. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate. The whole property is surrounded by stone walls providing you a full privacy. When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a modern kitchen, dining area,living room and bathroom. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it is also linked to the dining area, which is furnished with a rectangular table and chairs capable of seating six people. In the living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the comfortable couch which extend into a double bed. The living room is equipped with cable TV, Hi-fi stereo, Internet connection. The second floor houses two bedrooms. The largest double bedded room has a terrace which is ideal private place for sipping coffee and reading magazine or favourite book in the morning. A glass picture window allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the sea and sun. Another is with one single bed. Each bedroom has an air conditioning. On the second floor is also full bathroom with a shower. Outside you will find a covered shadow with round table suitable for six people as also stone fireplace. Breathtaking pool as also sunbathing patio are surrounded by olive trees.
The Villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery and there are a lot of activities to do such as:
 sunbathing and swimming, scuba diving, fishing, sailing,
 mountain cycling hiking, rock climbing,
 playing tennis, go paintball, visit archery club, go on the boat excursion to Split, Trogir and around island,
 go to farms where you can see how the oil („liquid gold“), wine or honey is made, explore old villages and enjoy traditional dalmatian architecture, visit galleries and open exhibitions.
It is our mission and plan to make your stay at Villa Ana and the island of Šolta as pleasant as possible and therefore have equipped the house and grounds with a variety of equipment that we believe will suit your every need.
