Not too far but Close enough

The Spot was perfectly Located not too far from the French Side or Dutch Side but yet far enough to feel away from the congestion of the island.

very cozy

We really enjoyed our visit at this studio. It was nice to park the car just a short distance. Very well supplied with all the essentials of home!! Thank you, and we will be back!!

Orient Bay

Beautiful villa in a great location. Hostess was very helpful and accommodating. Met us at property to show us around and was available 24/7 to assist with questions. Very flexible and allowed us to check out after lunch on our last day so we were able to take advantage of the wonderful beach and surrounding area. Can walk to beach and restaurants too. We would definitely come back again...highly recommend this property and hostess ! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful !

Enjoy

The studio is good, clean and well supplied. The location is a quiet and nice area, 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Delphine, the owner, is helpful and near if needed. Le studio est bien, propre et bien fourni. L'endroit est calme et tranquil, à 5 minutes de marche de la plage, de restaurants et d'un petit magasin pour faire les courses. Delphine, la proprietaire, est accueillante et proche si besoin.

Séjour très agréable dans ce studio fonctionnel

Il est situé dans un parc arboré calme à 5 minutes en voiture des commerces et d une belle plage de sable fin.

Had very nice time and will return

Perfect for us. Can walk to beach, grocery store and restaurant's in village. Le piment restaurant is very good. Large porch to sit outside in evening. Delphine did great job to make sure everything was ok. We look forward to returning next year

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fatastic

Fantastic Vacation. Studio was more than expected. 5 minute walk to beach, store, restaurants (bars). Delphine ( owner) was very professional and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, shower large and powerful (something you don't always see), the entire studio was extremely clean. It's hard to call this a studio because of all the covered outdoor spaces. This was the best value we have seen in our 22 years of going to sxm. Delphine has my email and I told her to forward it if reauested.

Pour 2 personnes a Orient Bay...studio parfait!

Ne cherchez pas plus loin..qualite-prix, tranquilite, charme et propriétaire sympathique, disponible et acceuillante! Si vous voulez vous sentir chez-vous, au chalet, et en tranquillité..ceci est un excellent choix. Marche 5 min a la plage, chaises au Kakao incluses et meme un service de menage. Nous avons bien apprécié l'aire cuisine, le bbq et salon extérieur! Merci Delphine et a la prochaine!

UN SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

La location a été conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Location située dans un quartier résidentiel avec une jolie végétation et bénéficiant d'un calme, vu emplacement en fin d'une impasse. La propriété est très propre et très bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très accueillant ,nous a bien renseigné et a toujours été disponible . Nous recommandons sans problème cette propriété à nos proches. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour passé de 3 semaines et envisageons d'y revenir.

un super séjour

Bien situé, quartier très sécurisé, un accueil au top, Mme Delphine a fait tout ce qu'elle pouvait pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments. Plages et restaurants très accessibles , petite préférence pour "le piment" restaurant situé sur la place du village où nous nous sommes régalés avec leurs plats, cocktails et leurs ambiance chaleureuse. Un grand merci pour votre sympathie et votre bonne humeur.

Studios très agréables !

Je suis venue sur deux périodes de l'année 2015 (Avril et Novembre). J'ai logé dans chaque studio. Ils sont très bien placés car on peut aller sur la plage à pied en 5 / 10 mn. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le lieu en lui même est calme, joli. Accueil et prestations de qualité. Je les recommande !!!!! De plus la propriétaire (très agréable), donne des renseignements pour les activités que l'île propose. Bonnes vacances !
