Apartment is very comfortable and in close walking distance (5-minute walk) to all restaurants, shops, and the beach. The neighbors were very quiet, and we had a restful stay. Only bummer was that the dishwasher was broken, and I ended up doing the dishes for the week. I think housekeeping should spend some time doing the dishes in the place one the dishwasher is fixed. Also, some additional pillows for the bed upstairs would be appreciated and some hand soap. However, none of this is a dealbreaker and the apartment is very nice, and we would absolutely return. Thanks!

Great location

Condo is lovely and is close to beach and lots of restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Perfect for our 3 days in Sint Marteen!

This property was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable bed! Well stocked with start up TP, washer pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and shampoo and wash. 2 cold beers awaited us! Thank you Johnny and Lynn!

Orient Beach getaway

We had another wonderful stay! Since we stayed longer this time it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals at home. The bed as always is extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment in Orient Bay

We stayed at La Bevelle with my husband for the NYE’s week 2024-25. The apartment is at a perfect location, walking distance to the village but in a quiet corner away from the noise. Also, very close to the beach with access to the beach gate. Added bonus is the concierge service provided by Alexandre and Christina which is very helpful for support locally. All in all, great accommodation and we are hoping to be back sometime in future. Thank you Johnny and Lynn for renting it to us!

Romantic Getaway

This was our second stay in Johnny and Lynn's romantic Orient Beach apartment. This stay was also outstanding. Perfect location, amenities and very quiet. Owners and management company excellent to work with. plan to come back next year for longer stay.

Great Stay!

La Bevelle was exactly what we imagined! Check in was extremely easy and the size of the unit was fantastic. On the quieter side of the village but was just what we liked. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay! I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Lynn and I are both full-time nurses living and working in North Carolina. We bought this condo as our retirement home because we love St. Martin very much. We plan to partially retire here in the near future, but until then, we will rent it for others to enjoy.

Lynn and I feel that we've picked the perfect location for couples to relax and enjoy what we think is one of the greatest beaches in the Caribbean, Orient Bay Beach; not to mention all the fun and fabulous restaurants that are within walking distance.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Lynn and I, over a two year period, purchased brand new items and furnishings from the States and had them shipped to St. Martin in a twenty foot sea container. La Pierres Marble, located on the Island in Hope Estates did a wonderful job renovating and remodeling the apartment, from all white marble floors and granite counter tops to state of the art appliances and electronics. At the end of the renovation, which was a week before hurricane Irma, we completed the project. Unfortunately, hurricane Irma caused some drywall and paint damage, but it was quickly repaired soon after the storm. The pictures you see in this ad were taken February 2018. Lynn and I stayed in our condo during Hurricane Irma, and we are truly blessed to say that our vacation home stood-up to the challenge.
