The property was beautiful and my family loved it. We lived in the pool and loved the property. The owners are lovely people and I was impressed with the communication with them. Would go back again
This was a lovely place. Private with a pool, hot tub, corn hole in the yard and just in general the house was lovely and peaceful with deer in the back yard.

Perfect!
Beautiful home, lovely property with plenty of peace and quiet but not far from restaurants. Just what we were looking for!
We had such a great time! This property has lots of great features. A couple stand out things that we really enjoyed were the stocked kitchen (pans, cooking utensils, meandering cups, etc), the water pressure was fabulous.
All the amenities were clean and in great condition
Carolyn was so timely in her responses and was a great communicator!
We were very pleased with the property. Although the pool was too cold to use, it was still wonderful being able to sit on on the large deck and listen to the woods and the birds. Not a bit of traffic noise anywhere. The house was well appointed. The cooking pans were not the best, so we bought a small set and left them for the next guests. My furbabies loved the yard and it was nice to not have to keep them on leash whenever outside. If ever we are in the area again, we will definitely look up Carolyn and Chris again. Thanks for a great stay.
Siblings on a mission to take care of a family cemetery doesn’t sound like a lot of fun.
But, we take a trip to Murphy NC every year to make sure that great grand and grandparents cemeteries are clean and have flowers.
Is is about the only time we are together, just us .
Staying in this sweet cottage was wonderful,
so much better than a motel room.
We will definitely stay again in this beautiful spot.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Intrusive Hist
Upon arrival, the host was onsite waiting for me to show up. The host insisted on going inside with us to go into detail about everything inside. They followed us around the house for over 30 minutes. This was uncomfortable as we were trying to unload our things and get our trip started. The hist should not be there and should definitely not go in and follow you around.

Hi Kevin, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We strive to provide all of our guests with a 5-star experience. as we take great pride in providing great service to our guests. We pride ourselves on a great guest experience and we are very hands-on before each stay, we perform a full home and system check before every check-in. We do a thorough walk-through before the guest's check-in and to answer guests' questions. We live on-site near the property and were there at the same time as your arrival. We strive to make our home a great, memorable experience for our guests and will continue to do so! We hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future!"
From the start pulling up to the cottage the landscaping was very well kept, beautiful flowers / out door decor.
This adorable cottage was the ultimate getaway from the City life. The owners thought of everything down to the last details for their guest to feel comfortable and cozy. They had several outdoor / indoor games, an awesome fire pit that makes you feel “in the woods”, lights for the salt water pool and hot tub area, even a fan for those who sleep with one on, etc. The cottage was peaceful and very clean. This was by far the BEST VACATION COTTAGE we have stayed at and should be recognized for all it has to offer. Thank you, to the owners! We will be back!

Loved Murphy and this home
Mom and I escaped the FL heat in this beautiful home with a pool and hot tub. Everything you need is there. Carolyn and Chris think of everything to make your stay the greatest. We loved the home. Chris came by to check on us and explained everything. We loved the patio and cooking on the pellet grill. We will go again
Everything was simply perfect! The home is so thoughtfully decorated and has so much charm! There’s lots of privacy and tons to do outside. We’re already planning our return.
Awesome location and property. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Perfect escape from the city. My friends and I had a wonderful time. Would definitely visit again!

Love the cottage!
The Wildflower Cottage is a great place to stay. My wife enjoyed it as a central location where we embarked on hiking and mountain biking just about each day. After a long day on trail the hot tub was a perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and review our day. The stars were amazing each night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Lovely property that did not disappoint. Hosts were amazing. I wish we had been there in the summer. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and yard games make this house a totally fun family place. It is convenient to the John C Campbell Folk School, wineries,Murphy and Blairesville.
My family (4 people and our dogs) stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful overall experience. The owners were very prompt and available to answer any questions that came up. The house was extremely clean and the property well kept. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.
This cottage is just perfect get away from home. Close to the Smokies, rafting, hiking and casino. The hosts are awesome and make checking in a delight. The cottage is surrounded by woods and so peaceful. Loved our time there.
We utilized this place for our “stay-cation.” It was the most relaxing place to just sit outside or play in the pool. The scenery is to die for. We loved driving through the National Forest. The owners are top notch.
My family had a really nice week in this home. The house is really nice and sits on an awesome and peaceful private property. The pool and hot tub were great! We really enjoyed our stay and made some nice family memories.
