Executive complex in Boat Harbour with gorgeous views.

Amazing three bedroom holiday townhouse located on the peak of Boat Harbour giving you wide views over One Mile and the bushland with WiFi and air conditioning.

A modern townhouse minutes from the beach with breath-taking views over the endless bushland and rolling mountains of Boat Harbour. Relaxing on this balcony with views as magnificent as this is the true recipe for relaxation.

Once you open the bi-fold doors, the whole room lights up with the sun beaming in. There is Free WiFi throughout the house, a large flat screen TV and a comfortable leather lounge comined with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Pod Machine. Enjoy the gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the balcony to unwind in the afternoon. There is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom.

The main bedroom can be found on the entrance / lounge room level with the ensuite. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have queen size beds.

There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a single lock up garage plus an additional car space.

You can utilise the fantastic communal infinity pool, spa and BBQ area that the One Mile Ridge complex offers. Boat Harbour is popular for Kingsley and Boat Harbour Beach and only minutes away to One Mile Beach and Birubi Beach which are both patrolled during the summer months. Nelson Bay CBD is a 10 min drive away.

Please Note: There is no parking in the complex for boats or jet skis and the complex actively enforces a no parties of any kind policy. Noise to be brought indoors after 10.30pm and NO Charcoal Bbqs are permitted due to fire regulations. Swimming Pool is closed during Winter Months and is not accessible. May - October.

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

My fabulous holiday stay

Very clean and had all the essentials ready for us. Neighbourhood is great and very friendly. Manager was amazing! He answered our phone call at 9pm and helped us with a problem we had with the bbq and fixed it within 10 minutes. Can’t wait to stay again!

Don’t bother

This property was good , used to be fun to go to , till they became too strict , if your looking to have fun , splash around in the pool and enjoy your time , this is not the place to go to , the whole complex , neighbours are rude and complain too much and they expect you to clean the house to spotless “ although they get cleaners to do it “ which doesn’t make sense

Hi Huss, with regards to your review. You overaccomodated the property, were antisocial revving of motor vehicles, smoking in a non smoking area within the pool, disruptive to neighbours and other guests and caused a large excess clean on the property. Towels soiled, Dirt and sand left throughout property and was left in an unsatisfactory state for cleaners to complete a standard clean on the property. You will not be welcome back to the complex as a result of the above notes provided by neighbours and onsite caretakers. Thankyou The Bay Holidays Raine & Horne Nelson Bay

Amazing view of the sunset

Nice and tidy everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing sunset from deck. Only downfall was smell of smoke coming from the neighbour.

Amazing house and location

Such a beautiful property with stunning views. An amazing space and perfect location tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close to Shoal Harbour and some amazing beaches.

It was stylishwith plenty of room, and very clean and tidy. I really appreciated the kitchen as it is well supplied with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. AMAZING views and an infinity pool were an extra bonus. The proximity to the beach and to shops/restaurants/pubs is also a big plus. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and hope to return soon myself.

Stunning views, on a clear day you can see water

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, the views were stunning on the one sunny day we had there and atmospheric on the misty rainy ones. You almost feel like you are in the clouds. There is a lovely big verandah but unfortunately the neighbours look on to the deck and spend lots of time smoking outside. The sliding fly screen door needs a little tlc.The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook up a feast though the dishwasher is challenging and noisy.The apartment was spacious and light filled and had a lovely big dining table but the chairs are different to the ones pictured and are scratching the timber floors. The apartment was reasonably clean but the tile floor in the main ensuite hadn’t been cleaned and the other tiled floors needed a good scrub. I did contact the agent about the ensuite but had no response. Full disclosure, I’m a bit of a clean freak. There are also some slightly over the top instructions around the unit. A bit like being back at school. On the up side there were 3 sets of keys if you are staying with a larger group but the set with the property gate sensor on it needs replacing. I finally worked out you had to press the button that had worn through to the metal to open the gate. If it won’t open we finally worked out that you could also use one of the keys. Unfortunately it was raining the day I had to do this.The location is lovely and quiet, the views stunning, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery. It would be easy to cater for a crowd. Do I think we would go back? Not sure.

Decent , we were told that there is a garage , however there was no key to the garage- we could not use the garage The Keys access lockbox was not working properly - we struggled to open the box and then struggled to close it at the end The main door lock was not working properly - we had the keys stuck in the lock on departure Over all we were happy with the location of the property
