“We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. It’s a new development in a great location, close to everything. The place was spotless, nicely decorated, really made our little vacation relaxing. The Neighborhood:

Located close to the University Village shopping area this neighborhood is made up of brand-new homes. Easy access to the I-25, this quiet neighborhood has tons of restaurants and outdoor activities. Some of our personal favorites include the 3.14 Sweet & Savory Pi Bar, Jun Japanese Restaurant, and Trinity Brewing Company...all just a short ride or drive away.



Getting Around:

We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!



Other Things to Note:

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
