Looking for the perfect oceanfront 3-bedroom condo? Look no more! Both the living room and the master bedroom at Atalaya Towers 304 open onto the ocean front patio, so you can enjoy your coffee sitting out in the ocean breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped, bright and airy, and the master bedroom has a king size bed. A queen and 2 singles brings the accommodations number to 6! You'll enjoy an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

​​​​​​​Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Our stay at Atalaya

I really don't understand this question. I didn't have any trouble renting this property. We had a good time there. Had to leave early because of a hurricane.

Atalya management sucks

Checking in after frustrating traffic in pouring rain and property management was rude and wouldn't let 5 very senior people unload under a covered shelter. Room was damp and smelled like a dog.

We stay at Atalaya every year. Great condo, plenty of parking. Staff was very nice.

Excellent Condo

Great condo. Great beach location. Everything was nice and clean. We had multiple storms throughout the week but the inside pool and hot tub remained open. Atalaya employees were always polite whenever we were around them. Our only complaint would be with our check in process with Dunes Reality. Overall, we had a great vacation and hated to leave!

Great location, Dirty Complex and Unit

The pools, elevators, balconies, etc are all dirty. Our children wouldn’t swim in the indoor pool because it was disgusting. The outdoor pool wasn’t much better, but we did use it. The worst part was our dirty and outdated unit. The cleaning service left the unit with no towels, dirty floors, a dirty coffee maker that had not even been emptied, a full dishwasher, no trash bags, dirty toilets, a filthy balcony, etc, etc, etc. After 5 phone calls to have the unit properly cleaned, someone finally came the day after we checked in. The lady was nice and tried her best to make it right. (Thank you, Wendy.) Dunes refunded our cleaning fee. We are thankful, but a refund of a night’s stay in a dirty unit would have been better. We like Garden City and the complex is in a good location. The views are wonderful. The unit needs major updates, and ceiling fans would be great. I have never left a bad review on VRBO, but potential renters should be warned.

Pictures Misrepresent

NOT impressed with property at all. One positive, the view is beautiful! The place was dirty, needed cleaned in every way, swept, vacuum, etc. NO soap for ANYTHING, like dishwasher which was required to run due to contract! Dryer quit after 14 minutes and would not dry clothes. Dirt/chocolate/? on wall, couches dingy and springs shot. Definitely time for an update and TLC. All deck furniture filthy! Light bulbs out and poor lighting all throughout. The pictures show a beautiful place, that is NOT what we found. Very disappointed.
