This Fripp Villa is located in the heart of Fripp Island just a few steps away to the Beach. If you love the morning serenity of watching the sun rise over the ocean, while sitting on the deck and sipping on your favorite coffee, then this is where you want to be. Fripp has Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Fishing, Crabbing, Nature Site Seeing, Childrens events etc... all for those who enjoy being active.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp Resort's many amenities or who just want to enjoy the direct access to the beach. Features include 1 Master Bedroom with an Oceanfront Balcony and 1 spacious Loft Bedroom both with stunning oceanfront views. You will also enjoy a spacious Oceanfront Deck where you can gather to appreciate the sounds of the ocean waves. Three of the bedrooms come with their own private full bathroom. This 1537 sf Oceanfront Villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Please take notice that the front entrance has a video doorbell to provide security to the premises and safety for the travelers.

Some of the many Resort Amenities includes 6 Pools, an Adult Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Golf Courses, etc... All of the amenities require Resort Guest Cards which are available to purchase for guests 13 and over.

The Fripp Island Resort is an independent company that charges a resort fee to use their facilities. The Resort fee is 12.8% of the base rental, plus a $35 to $50 fee per Amenity Guest Cards per person (13 years of age or older). The Guest cards are optional and will be charged ONLY to those renters who wish to access the Resort's amenities.
There are many places off the island that will keep you busy throughout your entire stay including dining at a variety of fine restaurants on and off the coastline. Please visit BEAUFORTSC.ORG for a list of activities and restaurants Beaufort has to offer. It is a great alternative for those who prefer to explore off the island.

Beautiful beach view! And it was such an easy walk to the access walkway and down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed to have been recently updated. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful time in Fripp Island

The condo was bigger than we expected with plenty of space for our family of 5 and our dog. It was so convenient to walk to the beach, pool, as well as many other amenities. We had everything we needed and Richard was very accommodating. We would stay again!

Wonderful property

We visited with our daughters, their spouses and a grandchild. We had a wonderful time. The property was centrally located and we were able to avail ourselves to many of the amenities offered by the resort. We will be back!

Perfect Family Fun on Fripp

This property meet all of our expectations and then some. The villa is oceanfront and in the middle of all the fun. Super convenient to the beach, pool, food court and adult pool. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our week with family and friends who were in neighboring condos. Richard, the property owner, was super helpful and attentive. We will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. :-)

Labor Day!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this property! Perfect for our family and a gorgeous view. We are already contemplating if we need to go ahead and book this again! Richard has been great to work with! The condo was clean and the kids had plenty of space to still be kids, especially just by opening the back door and walking down the board to the beach.

Ahhhhh-mazing

This was our first time to Fripp and we will Definitely be making this an annual trip. The villa was absolutely perfect! Has everything you need and very spacious! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and feeding a deer that stopped by everyday for carrots. Location is perfect pretty much in the middle of the island. The island is small so we were able to get everywhere on the golf cart we rented. Absolutely recommend staying here! And we’ll be back!

Best location on the Island

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of living space as well as eating areas. There were 2 balconies with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and cooking utensils. The washer drier were full size which made laundry really easy Richard was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely be back to this condo.

View View and View !!!!

This 2nd floor condo was everything I could ask for. My mother is 90 had her own deck to scetch out the beautiful raw beauty of aera and even a deer who came to her deck. Property was large and spacious. Beds were comforftable. Spiral staircase and beach decor offerered a wonderful flair. We will definetly be back!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our first time visiting Fripp, and we were blown away by the island's beauty! This condo was in the perfect location, centrally located to the food court, guest services and one of the resort's pools. We were steps from the beach, and we had deer visit daily. The view from the condo's back deck was mesmerizing. No matter what we needed, Richard was incredibly easy to reach. He was extremely accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a low key, relaxing vacation to a beautiful island filled with natural beauty!
