Great property for families

Great property. Very spacious for a large or multiple families, large kitchen, dining, and family room, not to mention the great game room area below. Check in was easy, and the property management was very willing to help with all requests.

Great family vacation spot

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and the golf carts were awesome! Would definitely stay again

Nice Stay

House was very nice! The kitchen is stocked well. They added an additional freezer and refrigerator to the basement that was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the golf carts and Sam communicated with us to get it fixed and received a loaner during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Great house

The house is roomy and open. The screened in porch is comfortable and relaxing. The golf carts made the stay and getting to the beach so much easier. Great house and plenty of space.

Just what we needed

What a great house. Open space, great porches and lots of extras. We loved the deer in the yard, the more then fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts. The game room with a second full fridge and freezer was perfect. Can’t wait to stay there next year with our family.

Best Frippin rental yet!

House was exaxtly as described. We had 3 generations and it easily axcomdoated everyone. The basement game room was an awesome bonus! The kitchen was well stocked...minus wine glass...but we left ours ; ) Location was a short golf cart ride to the ocean point access and pool. Although Debby did her best to ruin our teip, the games provided kept us entertained. Sam was easy to get ahold of and accomdating. This was our best rental on Fripp yet.

A trip to Fripp.

The house where we stayed was wonderful and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our grandchildren love the recreation room downstairs. The adults enjoyed it also. We are looking forward to going back to the same house this summer.

Fantastic Home

Just as advertised, extremely clean, the oversized extra refrigerator in garage area is a plus for multi families. Sam is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back !

The Wear-House

Really enjoyed our second stay at "The Wear-House". Good location, excellent kitchen, game room downstairs, outdoor grill, and the golf carts. Very nice additions since our last stay, were the extra refrigerator and freezer units downstairs. Also the two fans added in the play room were great on the hot days. Have already booked for next year.

Excellent!

Very clean, very well appointed rental property that completely fit my family's needs, which at one point included 8 people. Everything updated and modern. Two golf carts are key to not forcing me to spend extra money with additional rentals. We are planning on booking this property again next year.

Fun at the beach

Everything was upscale. Only problem were TV sets. Remote was not working right. Manager said he would take care of it. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The floor plan made the home feel Spacious with plenty of spaces to retreat for some me time. The games in the basement are great for blustery/rainy days. The two golf carts are welcomed if more than one family is sharing the rental. Surrounding resturants offer great dining selections. The elevator was great for challenged persons and for getting heavier items to the living area. Tips: the propane tanks for the firepit and gas grill were empty. We would stay here again and again.

Refusing to Let COVID-19 Dampen Our Spirits

We are a group of 6 friends who are retired and enjoy traveling together. We weren’t able to go on our yearly big trip as we like to call it, so we decided to come to Fripp for a few days. This home was just amazing! Spacious- Clean- well stocked - Great lay-out. The manager, Sam, was so good to us! We will be back.

Friend week August 2021

We had 2 families including 5 children ages 1-7. The house was wonderful! 2 deer greeted us in the driveway as we pulled in, we loved all of the deer on the island. Taking the golf carts to the pool or beach was very convenient, so amazing that beach chairs were provided! A fully stocked kitchen that we used to cook in every evening and a great drink fridge and extra freezer in the garage. On a rainy evening we loved playing all of the games in the garage. Would recommend to anyone!

I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that Fripp Island brings to our families is very satisfying. They don't want to leave.

This large house is on Remora Dr. Which is a quiet area of the island yet just a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. This unique house has the eleventh hole fairway in it back of the house. The house sits back on the property far enough and still enjoy the front porch and watch what is going on out front.

This house is fantastic with 2,900 sq. feet of living space. The openness of the floor plan makes it very comfortable for all to enjoy. The owner of this house has made it stand out from all of the other properties. The game room has many games for adult competition and also for the children. There is a large screen porch for dining and relaxing. Also in the backyard is an area that has a fire pit and a covered seating area to get away from the main stream of the house. The kitchen is to die for with all of your cooking needs. There is an elevator in the house for those that may have a difficult time going up and down steps. Once you get to the main floor you won't have to leave. Everything is there on that floor. It has what what we call the bunk room that can sleep 12 people. There are three full size bunks with standard size mattresses.
