This is a beautifully renovated large studio apartment! It is literally steps from the sands of the beach in Belmont Shore! The unit has been extensively renovated including kitchen, flooring, lighting, and finishes. It has all new stainless steel appliances including stove, fridge and microwave. It also has a newly renovated bathroom with gorgeous tile. It is just a couple blocks from the famous "2nd street" that offers dinning, shopping and a terrific nightlife. There is street parking only.

Literally 2 minute walk to the beach, didn’t use a vehicle the entire week. Didn’t need one. 12 minute walk to all the local shops/resturants. Property manager always responded quickly, entire neighborhood seems like good, friendly people. Would love to be back. Thanks for making our first Vrbo experience a good one

Really close to the beach

I've stayed here twice now. The sofa bed isn't incredibly comfortable, but the overall stay is so worth it.

It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there.

A walk to the beach

We definitely enjoyed our stay here very convenient location, the beach is a short walk across the street, the place was clean and cozy the only thing is that parking suxz very limited but other then that great place to stay.

The unit itself was fine, but the host interaction and check-in process were extremely frustrating.The entry instructions were never sent with the confirmation message through the app, so I had to reach out to the host. He immediately sounded irritated that I contacted him and insisted he had already sent the information, which he had not.When I arrived, the door code didn’t work. The assistant tried walking me through using the keypad even though I explained I’m very familiar with these locks. The first code didn’t work, the second code didn’t work, and eventually the owner called sounding angry and saying he owned the whole building and the one next door, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful. He eventually unlocked the door remotely after several failed attempts, which made me late for an online appointment.After I got inside, he called again just to tell me I must have entered the code wrong and that it had to be my fault.The next day the code I was given still didn’t work and had to be changed again. That final code worked for the remainder of the stay.Additionally, a neighbor’s visitor repeatedly blocked the alley with their car while playing loud music and smoking outside until other cars honked for them to move.The unit itself was acceptable, but the communication and access issues made the overall experience unpleasant.

Small place on the beach!

A small, cute, clean pad by the beach. The couch bed isn't the best but it's in a great spot that has everything you could need and more! I enjoyed my stay here.

This little spot is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, nightlife and the beach. Communication was always quick and easy. Very clean and cozy spot. Perfect for our stay.

This property is a gem in Belmont Shores! Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, beach, and surrounding neighborhoods. The property is clean and well-kept. William and Gerald were quick to respond when needed. Will definitely stay again!
