Welcome to Coco Plum on the Bay, your private waterfront retreat in Marathon, Florida Keys. Set on nearly an acre corner lot, this spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories. With room for up to 10 guests, it is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in the heart of the Keys.

THE HOME

Inside you will find an open layout with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished, and with five full bathrooms, everyone has space to refresh after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and tableware so you can prepare home-cooked meals with ease. A utility room with washer and dryer makes longer stays simple.

Whether you arrive by car or boat, ample parking is available for cars and 2 boat trailers.

ENTERTAINMENT

For downtime indoors, enjoy high-speed WIFI, smart TVs with premium cable in every room, and an Infinity Game Table and a classic video arcade game table that are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

Step outside and discover why guests love Coco Plum. The home features a private pool, hot tub, and lanais overlooking the bay, the perfect place to watch stunning Florida Keys sunsets. A 100ft dock with deep water access means you are just minutes from the Atlantic and Gulf waters - ideal for boaters and anglers.

For fun on land and water, the property includes 3 tandem kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 4 cruiser bicycles, a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, an area with pickleball lines and net, corn hole, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. With so many options, you will never want to leave.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

We know traveling with kids requires extra planning, so the home comes with 2 pack ’n plays, portable toddler bed, 2 high chairs, and a stroller. These extra touches means there is one less thing to pack.

LOCATION

Coco Plum on the Bay is conveniently located close to marinas, grocery stores, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Marathon is full of activities for all ages: sandy beaches, fishing charters, snorkeling, aquariums, the Turtle Hospital, and even swimming with dolphins. For a day trip, drive down to Key West or explore the neighboring Keys.

Had a great time! Plenty of things to do at the house while enjoying the scenery, just not enough time! Definitely got our steps in every day with the stairs. Had an issue with the refrigerator but there was a back up one and they gave us some money back. Great having the bedrooms with the own bathroom

Couples Retreat

We throughly enjoyed our stay here at Coco Plum on the Bay. The house was very clean, well stocked with bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and outdoor supplies. The house is also well stocked with things to do. The communication with the property manager was fantastic and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing week!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! Everything was as advertised meeting all of our expectations and more. We had so much fun playing volleyball, cornhole, fishing, riding bikes, swimming and exploring on the kayaks. The accommodations inside were beautiful and comfortable and well stocked with fun games. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Beautiful property

This is the perfect home for a large family. Lots of space with a perfect location. Very comfortable and updated bedrooms. Lovely views and dock. The pool was perfect. The kids were glued to all of the video games. The house was clean and well stocked. Owner was very prompt to respond. Truly a 5 star property that helped us make some very special memories.

Another Amazing Stay – Our Perfect Keys Oasis!

This was our second time staying at this incredible property, and it was just as magical as the first—especially meaningful since we actually got married here during our first stay! The home truly feels like our own private paradise in the Keys.The hosts are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. The house itself has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing vacation— a beautiful pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and a dock perfect for fishing or just enjoying the water.There’s also tons to do for both kids and adults, including a ping pong table, cornhole, an arcade game, and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. Whether you're looking to relax or have fun, this place has it all.The location is also incredibly convenient—close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and even fishing charters. Wonderful property

What a wonderful property! I can’t say enough good about it! We stay in the keys multiple times a year and this is one of the best properties so far. My husband is a huge fisherman and the had plenty of stuff for him to take our small son fishing off the dock. The pool was so wonderful we really didn’t utilize any or the other equipment. But everything was in perfect condition! Owners were easy to reach and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay!

We were 3 generations (all adults) staying over Christmas week. We had a different experience than most because the weather was very cold, so we were able to take advantage of the inside of the property - video game table, plentiful board games, and corn hole. The homeowner could not have been more responsive to questions and we did have one issue of the heat not working when we arrived (again, not a usual issue in FL) and somehow the homeowner was able to get a repairman out on Christmas to fix it. Once the weather warmed up we were able to enjoy the pool, pool towels, kayaks, fishing, ping pong table, and hot tub. Great stay for a multi-generational family. Fantastic location and amenities!

Exceptional property and owners

Couldn’t have asked for any more. 4 couples over from the UK so bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us with en suites for all. Additional bathroom by bbq/lounge area and another on 2nd floor alongside main living area were brilliant bonuses. Views and sunsets to die for whether doing the dishes, laundry, or sipping a drink on the balcony or board walk. But while this is an outstanding house and location the owners were the highlight. Exceptional communication before we arrived including even helping us book local restaurants and calling a Miami place for me that I couldn’t get a reply from. And during our stay several requests were promptly and patiently dealt with. We couldn’t have asked for more from a property owner. A wonderful experience all around.

Amazingly beautiful place and views!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Avenue F!! Would love to come back for sure. It is everything that you read about in the description. The kitchen especially is well stocked and the view while getting things ready for a fresh seafood dinner was great!!! Sunsets were gorgeous from the docks! Rented a boat from Captain Hooks for 3 days and that really added to our fun! The layout was great, although an elevator would have been nice just for unloading all the "Stuff" we brought along. BUT, the stairs were good for us after all the rich food and adult libations we consumed! It was an amazing week with friends and family that were in and out during the week. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it alot!!! Thanks to the group at Cocoplum for all of the help early on answering questions. They were fast to answer any question and help however they could. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing attention to detail...

Coco Plum on The Bay has thought of everything. Communication regarding check in was flawless. Darlene sent an email with two contact numbers and advised us to text when we were 1 hr from the home. We arrived to Marathon around 11 and the home was ready for us 2 hours early. *We were welcomed with a lovely note and key lime pie. The scrabble board even spelled out Welcome Family! *Each bedroom was equipped with bedside chargers, comfortable mattresses, extra pillows and blanket, & full size shampoo/conditioner. *The Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. *The living & dining rooms had plenty of seating for our whole group and a huge TV. Wifi had a strong signal throughout our stay which could handle several teenagers streaming data. *We enjoyed use of the kayaks, paddle-boards, & bikes during our stay. *The first level outdoor area had the most amazing breeze and plenty of table space to rig up all our fishing gear in the comfort of the shade. *Our 30' boat had plenty of dock space and we enjoyed fishing from it, cleaning all our days catch, and watching the numerous manatee's. *The home felt secluded and private.

Cousins Trip

Great property with lots to do. Kayaks, paddle boards,games, bikes, fishing from dock, hot tub, beautiful pool, ping pong, volleyball, pickleball. Host was wonderful, easy to work with. Waterfront balconies and patio area. We saw manatees off the dock, pelicans, Caught a variety of fish off the dock. Great weather!

Great property!

Hard to describe the wonderful experience we had here. We loved the pool, kayaks, bicycles and dock. We fished off the dock and caught barracuda, snapper, jack, grunts and a lizard fish. The fish were not large but were easy to catch. We saw dolphins close up and a manatee and its calf swam right under us on the dock.The house was well stocked and comfortable.Great location and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I hope we can get back soon!

Great Family Vacation

Manatee’s, Dolphins and even a sting ray right from the pier! What’s not to like! We had a great family vacation at Cocoa Plum Bay. The home is perfect for large groups, with 4 Large Bedrooms, all with en-suite baths. There is a big kitchen and living area as well as a large covered deck overlooking the water. A great place to sip a cocktail at night, or coffee in the morning. There is a large selection of water toys to use, as well as fishing equipment to fish off the pier. We spent lots of time in the pool area, and even played a few games of volleyball. Had a great time, and hope to be back in the future. Property owner was easy accessible and helpful when needed.

AMAZING VIEWS

I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was its own Paradise all in one property. The views were amazing and so much wildlife to enjoy. Lots of room in the house and very functional. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of games and things to enjoy on the property. Just a wonderful property!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

This was the most awesome vacation. The hosts covered every imaginable amenity, from adults to infants! We did not want for anything and the property is amazing! Family reunion

Great place for our family reunion. This beautiful waterfront home had everything needed for the perfect vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUPs and especially the pool. A great time was had by all 3 generations.

Marathon vacay

The property was beautiful and so many amenities! The owner has you covered for outdoor and indoor activities as well as items you may have forgotten to pack. The game tables were enjoyed by all of the family. I’m glad we chose this home to spend time with the family. The manatee visit at the dock was very exciting too!!
