Cozy apartment with parking available just a couple of blocks from WTC, right where Condesa, Roma and Del Valle neighborhoods intersect. Restaurants, shops, art galleries, great transportation, perfect spot to move around the city.

Super comfy queen size bed, extra full size bed (hides underneath the main bed), kitchen, 32 inch TV with hundreds of channels, dvd, wifi. Washing machine makes laundry easy and free for long stays! Top floor (4th) with elevator. Private balcony that is only shared with another apartment.

With your reservation, I provide you with a guidebook of Mexico City (transportation from/to the apartment, attractions, restaurant recommendations, insider tips...). The guidebook offered in Airbnb is very basic... mine is much better and loved by my guests!

Parking available (requires confirmation prior to your reservation) for a small extra fee payable upon arrival (30 pesos per night / 200 pesos per week). Free parking for stays of 20 nights or more (requires confirmation prior to your reservation).

Free weekly houseekeping for stays of at least 12 nights.

Monday - Saturday, check-in is usually by 4.00 PM, but most of the time you can pick up keys / leave bags and make use of the apartment after 11 AM, on the understanding that the cleaning lady will arrive between 11 AM and 3 PM to clean the apartment and finish by 4 PM; check-out is by 11 AM.

Check-in on national holidays, Sundays and outside of the time frame mentioned above needs to be confirmed beforehand and has a surcharge of $120 pesos/7 USD to be paid in cash upon arrival.
