Folding beach wagon with plenty of towels and toys. Innernet, 185 channel tv with Smart tv and DVD players. This is seasonal home, we have many family treasures, we hope you enjoy and respect our beautiful home. Strict limit on number of people allowed: Day visitors limit at 4 (day Only)
Horticulturist owned our TROPICAL PARADISE FEATURING Over 30 Palm trees. many varieties of Hawaiian plants. Plumeria, Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, Blooming Orchids, Bromeliads Heliconia's, Birds of Paradise, Ginger, Fountains of flowering annuals, etc.
Cacao, Papaya, Mango, Bananas, Kumquat, Avocado, Mangosteen, and Lemon/Lime trees.
Limit to 4 cars in driveway. Day guest could park at community center next door and are welcome with total limit of 12 people total during the day.

SPECIAL NOTE: On an instant booking the reservation will be for 7 people in total but this home can accommodate 8 people total We Absolutely do not allow you to have move than 8 total adults/children at home overnight.(eviction can happen if abused) Day visitors up to 4 must leave by 8 pm. House is not childproof if you have little ones we have beautiful items and you will need to arrange as needed. Message the host for more information.

Also there is an additional of $100 if you want the heated pool for 80 degrees from December 1 until the end of June and a 150$ for 82 to 88, if you are interested, please tell me so I can arrange it with you.
