The pros are that the cabin was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen had all new pots and pans and this Cabin is located by the path down to the creek. I loved sitting on the deck listening to the creek and viewing the stars at night. The negative is that the parking for this cabin was a little tricky as the area to park sloped, the stove was missing a knob and the coffee pot did not work correctly.

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the clean cabin, comfortable beds, updated kitchen items, and the peaceful creekside setting. I appreciate the feedback as well. The parking is parallel-style due to the natural slope of the property, and the stove knob has since been replaced while the coffee maker has been upgraded with a new unit. I’d be happy to host you again in the future."
Amazing and cozy cabin to enjoy a weekend with the Family. There is a beautiful view from Cabin 4 towards the creek. Overall we were very satisfied with everything. There is also We would highly recommend this Cabin to anyone who wishes to stay here.

We loved these little cabins a stones throw from the falls entrance. Very clean and everything you need. Overlooking Honey Creek with a fantastic porch. Will be adding to our list of places to escape to on the regular.
Cabin was clean and the perfect location for our 6 year old grandson. The creek was right behind the house. It was a beautiful view from the deck and perfect to play in! We had a great time. Arbuckle Wilderness and Turner Falls were just a few miles away.

When we arrived, nothing was cleaned up. Used towels on the bathroom floor, mess on the table, messed up beds, etc.We asked for a refund and got a confirmation text so I didn't complain... until now. More than a month later I still haven't gotten my money back and my texts are ignored.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify what occurred on the day of your arrival. Our check-in time is 3:00 PM, and when you arrived early our cleaning crew was still finishing the final touches in Cabin 4. They asked for about 10 minutes to complete the cleaning or offered to move you to another available cabin so you could check in immediately. You chose to leave at that time and did not return, so the team did not have the opportunity to show you the fully cleaned cabin. There was also no discussion of a refund on-site, as our cleaning staff does not have the authority to process refunds. Because the reservation was made through a third-party platform, any refund requests must be handled directly through that platform’s system. Cabin 4 is one of our most popular units, and we take great pride in maintaining it for our guests."

The furniture was old and you do not feel comfortable with it.
I could not stay for more than one night. I think they need to replace the old furniture with a better one.
Good overall for the price. Cabins were well furnished and clean. Parking, walkway access, and balcony views vary but fortunately we were blessed with the best. These features of the other cabins and the layouts were all different.
The terrain accessing the cabins is a bit rugged and might be challenging for those with physical mobility issues. The property could benefit from cemented walkways and railings.
The property is conveniently located near I-35, Davis, and Ardmore. I’d highly recommend the Fried Pies, Smokin Joes, Two Frogs, Swadley’s, and 7 Brew.
They still had not been cleaned when we arrived. The blankets, and towels were dirty they were the ones that the previous guests had used and there are many cockroaches in the bathroom, smells bad

The rocks and gravel were very hard to walk down to ramp and ramp was so steep. No steps was true but for people in there sixty it was very scaring to and from cabin
