Only a one minute walk to Garden Bay Beach which offers protected swimming for the whole family. When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. With two separate entertaining areas each with large screen smart TVs both adults and kids will be happy. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix, Foxtel, Apple TV or Stan. The kids can play on the Playstation 4 PRO in the Retreat.

If you are musical there’s a near new Yamaha piano in the Family Room.

In summer time there is ducted air conditioning throughout the house, alternatively open the sliding glass doors to let the cool afternoon sea breezes wash over you.

In winter you can sip a glass of red and snuggle up around the beautiful gas fire in the living room and to keep you toasty warm there is underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning. There's a separate wine fridge in the kitchen to ensure your wine is kept at the ideal temperature.

The house includes complimentary unlimited WIFI. The house is also one of the few houses in Malua Bay to be connected to the NBN via Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) allowing typical download speeds of 250 Mbps and upload speeds of 24 Mbps.

Outside you can show off your culinary skills on the Weber BBQ before the family gathers around to laugh, tell tales and enjoy dinner. Alternatively, the designer kitchen includes a range of European appliances including an induction cook-top. For coffee addicts there’s a Nespresso coffee machine.

When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find the bedrooms all have top of the range mattresses as soft as clouds and three separate bathrooms.

There are two King sized beds and two Queens (4 bedrooms).

Small well-behaved dogs may be considered. Please let us know if you would like to bring a dog when you apply.

The house is in a very quiet residential area. Reservations from families and couples are welcome however requests from groups cannot be accepted.

Fantastic house in perfect location

We have just enjoyed a fantastic holiday at this property. The house itself is amazing with lovely views and a quiet location. It had lots of space for our family and is very well appointed.The hosts could not have been more helpful and communication was excellent

Great property, location and views, wonderfully appointed without nothing missed.

A beautiful new home that the owners have spent the time and money to set up to make a holiday so relaxing. The house is equipped with everything a family needs to make for a great holiday . We especially enjoyed siting outside for our meals, the BBQ and kitchen when needed, the view is brilliant. We will be back!!

Wonderful property in an equally glorious location.The house is well set-up with all of the facilities that could possibly be needed. Wonderful stay at Malula Bay

The house was outstanding with well appointed furniture and very comfortable beds. The pantry was also well stacked with condiments and sources, which was a pleasant surprise. Communication with Tony (property manager) was a breeze. We had our small dogs with us, which took the stress and expense of leaving them behind in a dog retreat. Well worth the money and the drive to the Bay and we are planning our next holiday. We recommend this house to anyone if you want a relaxing and stress free holiday at Malula Bay, NSW. Beautiful home with an outstanding view of the ocean

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. The view is incredible and we spent a lot of time admiring it and swimming in the bay that’s a very quick walk via a track from the back gate. It was an incredibly relaxing stay and the hosts were flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

Amazing property in a fab location

The house was incredible and had everything & more that we could possibly need. The dog flap was super handy for little trips outside to say hi to the lovely quiet Labrador next door! Super quiet location away from any noise. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting outside on the deck. We will certainly return again. Thank you Tony for being a great host.

Luxury slice of paradise

We had a wonderful stay, all the luxuries, amenities and the most amazing view. Waking up with the sunrise for a short walk South along the coastal path for a swim. Then breakfast another short walk North at the nearby Cafe, we enjoyed the afternoon with BBQ’s enjoying the view, and then a final swim before relaxing in front of the fire watching a movie. Wake up and repeat with perhaps a bike ride instead of a walk or lunch at Rivers Restaurant instead of a BBQ, or sit on the deck and fly your drone over the bay. The options are endless and we shall be back to explore them all. Thank you for sharing your home Tony and Helena it is spectacular. Best way to shake if the lockdown fog!

Relaxing birthday break

We all had an amazing stay. The house and facilities are 5 stars. Spacious and luxurious, it was just the place to spend my 50th birthday with family. Although the 3 big dogs next door were a bit off-putting at first, they settled pretty quickly. It just meant I didn't let our small dog out unless she was on a lead. We will definitely be back and have recommended the property to friends and family. Thank you for an amazing week.

Stunning!

We had a wonderful holiday at this amazing house with brilliant views. It's in an ideal location and comes with everything you could possibly want and then some. We didn't want to come home and immediately started to plan our next break down the coast.

Wonderful home with sensational views

We had a wonderful 10 night stay. The home is beautiful and spacious. The furnishings and wifi was excellent as were all the appliances in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with storage containers and all the utensils you could need. Beds and lounges were very comfortable and the overall experience at the property was exceptional.

Beautiful recently built beach house, very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of entertainment options to keep everyone entertained. House well stocked with the essentials, and the view of the ocean is stunning! It was very hard to leave!

Great House with Awesome Views

Great house with wonderful quality inclusions including dream kitchen, deluxe bathrooms and wonderful outdoor entertaining area. We loved our week away and were sad to leave as was out dog Thomas who thought he ruled the world while overlooking the bay from the backyard while he chomped on a bone.

Why this property- It's a stunning, contemporary beach house with incredible views. No expense has been spared in its construction. If you rent this house I you will have access to the whole property. I am however only a phone call away if you have any problems.
