Large sliding glass doors open up onto the balcony with panoramic views where you can enjoy relaxing with a glass of Central Otago wine and enjoy the bbq on a warm summer evening.

Managed by Vicky Taylor, from local Queenstown company Stay Here. With Stay Here you have an on-call professional property manager to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Stay Here use premium hotel-quality linen on beds and the price includes the end of stay clean.

Minimum stay of 3 nights (as per council regulations). A minimum 5 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period (December 20th to January 5th).

You have access to the entire apartment and single garage.

You have an on call property manager available for your stay.

Great location, walking distance to town.

We always recommend hiring a car, but this apartment can be accessed by public transport.

Great accommodation

Great accommodation within 10 minute walk of central Queenstown. Modern, clean, and warm. The highlight was the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful stay with stunning views

Wonderful location and spectacular views.

We had a great time in Queenstown and loved the view from Apartment 12. The space was big enough for two couples to have their own privacy, but to be together in the living area. It had everything we needed for a week in Queenstown and was walking distance to the city centre. The only downside was that the gas fireplace was not working properly and didn’t have glass in it or a protective barrier - so the fire was directly accessible. With a 5 month old baby this was pretty dangerous.

Mountain views

Our time was spent traveling around the Queenstown area but we couldn't wait to get back to the apartment to take in the views with a wine or two. Such a comfortable place and I'm sure we would return for another experience. Thank you

Great Views

This place is very modern and very well presented. As soon as we arrived in this apartment we were drawn to the view, it was stunning! The garage was long but small widthways so a bit of a struggle to get through but the apartment itself was clean and organised. The beds were quite comfortable and the location was great, approx 5 - 10 minute walk into town.

Warm and comfortable, 10 minutes walk to town. Garage very handy for bikes and vehicle. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again next time.

There were a couple of issues that cropped up in our stay....flushing nozzle on toilet fell off in the master bedroom bathroom , the heated mirror in this bathroom was also faulty (was extremely hot and couldn't be turned off) then the sky tv didn't work for the last 2 days of our 3 day stay however the location was great and the views were spectacular.
