Beach Walk 2 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath second level villa, just steps from the beach and includes a heated pool.

Amenities include:
Full kitchen with all your utensils and supplies needed, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, linens, cable TV, dvd player, wireless internet, air conditioning and heat, shared heated pool, shared charcoal grill, beach chairs and beach towels.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 en suite queen bed. Sleeps 4

Vacation with my honey.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much, even though two hurricanes came through months before. You can still see the damage it has done to this island. However so thankful we still got to come and enjoy our stay on AMI as we do every year. This place was clean and very peaceful quiet neighborhood. Our one neighbor, was an absolute delight. The beach access is amazing. You can set your stuff up in the morning, walk back to do other stuff and return when you’re ready. Yes! It’s that close🥰 The pool is small, but just what you need for a quick dip after the beach. The rental agency is excellent at getting back to you about any questions! The ice maker works excellent, never half to worry about needing ice for refreshing drinks. And one of the biggest things we loved is our fur babies were so content at this place. We would all sit out on the front porch and chill. It doesn’t have a washer/dryer in this unit, but found Yo Wash right off Cortez to be an excellent place to wash. This place is a comfy little place to rent, nothing fancy but clean and great prices. Even the cleaning lady we met was wonderful

Perfect Location

Loved the location of this property! Bed was comfortable and they had all the amenities needs for beach - umbrella, chairs, beach ball, towels, and a shell scooper! Easy to contact hosts as well.

Place was excellent for our needs. Nice view of Gulf. Could upgrade beach chairs. 100 steps to the beach. Would stay there again

Beach gem

Perfect location, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed (couch hide-a-bed not comfortable), lovely on site pool and patio, all areas of apartment and outside areas well kept and clean. We appreciated all the beach and pool toys available for us, beach towels, umbrella, sand toys. I hesitate to leave such a glowing review because I fear this place will get booked solidly. We loved our time here and hope to come back again. Anna Maria Island has beautiful beaches and is a very charming small town. We made good use of the free trolley.

Spring getaway

Holmes Beach is walkable as is small mall with all the stores you might need if you forgot something at home. Very responsive property manager Great restaurants a short drive.

Walk to beach and cool pool

We had everything we needed, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, pool and the essentials. The house was a black from the beach and close to Walgreens and Publix.

Nice property, very good location

Very happy with are stay at the property. Nice and central to the island with easy free trolley use at the end of the street. Very useful beach equipment and having the pool to cool down after a hot day on the beach.

I was very happy at this location

I would say the only downside of this experience was that the bottom level rental had about 20 or so people staying there. They had the pool a mess so it was not useable. I was a little disappointed with the fact that I couldn’t use it but all in all I was happy to be in that great location and would definitely rent there again

Very clean apartment. Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Ideal space for a couple. Kitchen was nice size for a small apartment. Was equipped with all the necessities. We would stay here again.

Nice Location

There was a rodent in the unit which left multiple droppings & chewed through a pair of tennis shoes

One doesn’t expect to find a rodent in the unit & I had to purchase a new pair of shoes. I did report the problem to the property manager & I believe they set some Decon traps, but never cleaned up droppings or get back to me on the status.

Great get away

Property is literally steps from the beach...far enough away from the main public beach so it was not overcrowded but within walking distance if you want to grab some drinks at the beach bar. Property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Check in process was super easy. Possibly the only “complaint” I can even think of is the AC units are kind of noisy but...not anything that would keep me from renting this unit again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and dining. Great place!

Great Beach Bungalow Upstairs Unit

Feet away from the beach and nice pool located outside of the bottom unit. Quite neighborhood close to great restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately we were unable to get the tv to work. Bath towels were under the sink which we didn’t find until the last day, used beach towels that were provided instead. Ac wall units were on their last days. Stayed cold at low temps but noisy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and clean!

The location could not have been more perfect. The space was clean and had the basics. Would be helpful if there were some cleaning products to clean during the stay beyond the Palmolive dish soap.

Perfect relaxing long weekend!

This place is perfect!! We really loved the area and the fact that there was a trolley to take you around the island! We never had to use our car once! The rental was very clean and had everything that you needed to stay there. I was a little disappointed that the rental said pets aloud then I was charged the pet fee after the initial booking, but the dogs really enjoyed their stay! There were so many places to walk them and they had their own mini vacation! We seriously cant wait to come back and think were going to make this a new yearly thing! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Good house really close to the beach

It was fairly easy to book. The house was as described. The only issue we had was a problem with the TV the first few days. I didn’t wanna work. Other than that it was pretty nice. I will say the water taste gross! But that’s not their fault !

Great Spot for an Anna Maria Vacation

We had an awesome vacation and this property was a big part of it. We were pleasantly surprised that we a had a view of the ocean and it was a half a block walk to the public beach. We were also able to walk to the grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and responsive. We’ll stay there again next year!

Nice property, good staff

Everything in the property is well maintained and it has a great kitchen, nice bed. it has stairs so you have to be aware. it needs a good comfortable chair.
