Enjoy this upstairs condo unit consisting of 2b/1ba, living, dining area & kitchen with enough sleeping for 6. Condominium complex is mixed use of residential and commercial and there is one uncovered parking space provided. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, shops, Island "free" trolley stop locations, and 2 to 3 blocks walk to beautiful gulf beach. Includes: streaming TV & Basic Cable, Internet, Dishwasher, Central Heat/Air, Washer & Dryer
*NOTE: This unit does have a ring security system installed.
*Reservations are 1 week minimum, and normally book (Saturday to Saturday) but is very flexible therefore please inquire. *Note the City of Holmes Beach has a noise ordinance curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (VRC# 21-000042)

Perfect weather & perfect location

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean when I got there and the check in process was easy. The beach wasn’t a far walk. Many restaurants near by like the Ugly Grouper. I would come back!

The Palms A Review

Me and my husband loved our stay here! We were on our honeymoon here in Anna Maria Island and the home was close to the beach and also close to a ton of amazing local food places and shops. The home was very clean, spacious, and also updated and had most of what you would need during a stay. I very highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for a great price and great quality of a home to stay!

Very nice experience overall

Parking situation is bad. Just not enough room, especially for larger vehicles. Someone knocked on the door and woke us up several morning around 6am for us to move the car. Other than that everything was great.

Great Vacation Rental

We had a great time staying at this property! It was clean and comfortable, and the property manager was very responsive. This property is a short walk from the beach and very close to some great restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Right next to The Ugly Grouper

Perfect for two or a family. Very clean with a well supplied kitchen. If you don’t want to cook, lots of choices nearby, including the Ugly Grouper right next door. Music every night 5-10pm.. Easy walk to the Northbound trolley. This place had very much the feel of city life on a small island. Everything we could have needed for our stay. No washer/dryer but the laundromat was just a few blocks away. Beach Bums delivered bikes and we biked and went to the beach cafe for Wednesday night Jazz. See you next year AMI.
