This two bedroom townhouse is designed for guests who prefer the added privacy of a separate entrance. This is a great place to get away and enjoy what Charleston or Summerville has to offer. It is ideal for a family vacation, business, anniversary or simply R&R!

Perfect birthday getaway!!

We loved our stay!!! Such a cute, cozy, and clean townhouse in a very convenient location! Shawn was very nice and did a whole little birthday set up for one of our members. It included wine, cards, candy, and a beautiful dessert danish. Would absolutely loved to stay here if I’m in the area again!!

Annual Family Road Trip

This was the last stop on our family road trip. Shawn's place felt like home. He responded quickly to our texts and questions. Neighbors were friendly and area quiet.Community pool was not in great condition, however besides that it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and comfortable home

This townhome was very convenient for us while visiting for our Navy sailor's Power School graduation. It was very cool and comfortable for our July stay. The property manager was very accomidating and answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We will definitely use this property again for any future visits.

Southern Sophistication

We had a great girls trip and this rental was perfect! It was close to downtown Charleston. The condo was very comfortable & cozy and had everything we needed. Shawn was a great host and easy to get ahold of for any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shawn for hosting a wonderful trip!

Location was great. The shower needs some work. Dishwasher needs fixed it sucked washing dishes on vacation. Over all it was a great stay besides that.

Nice town home

Overall the stay was nice. The place was very clean and well kept. The beds were okay but they would sink in the middle. The kitchen was minimally atocked with dishes and utensils. Fortunately is was just my wife and myself and we visited family at their rentals. The washer and dryer are in the club house not actually in the unit.

Girls Trip

Overall the place was nice! The kitchen lacked some things and the shower was difficult to turn off the entire way and started to drip. The host was super easy to contact and was very responsive! If I could change anything it would be possibly queen beds in the bedrooms. It suited us for what we needed!

Upon entering we were pleased with the decor and furnishings. Knowing there were 4 adults staying for 8 days there was only one towel and washcloth for each person. The kitchen was missing essential supplies such as no potholders, measuring cups and had broken and chipped dishes. Dishwasher did not work which when zreafing other reviews

My youngest and I travelled from Florida to help her older sister to move to the area and get settled. We arrived a little later than planned but Shawn left the lights on for us. It was so nice to have such a cozy, comfortable, and cute place to stay. We were able to take a break from unpacking and invite her to "our place", cook her favorite meal in a well stocked kitchen, and send her home with leftovers. We had a wonderful time and could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Somethings missing , somethings broken.....

Picture online was not the picture of the house. Dishwasher broken , dishes / glasses not cleaned. ( cost us money as we ate out more, didn't want to hand wash dishes on vacation). Blinds broken , baseboards need scrubbing. Owner was responsive to calls, home condition was disappointing.

Beautifully Decorated

The furnishings in the townhouse were beautiful. There is no central AC on the second floor. There is a portable unit in one of the bedrooms, but the other bedroom was hot. The blinds in one of the bedrooms is broken and let in light at night. There’s no ice maker in the refrigerator which looks new. The dishwasher was out of order and the owner provided “paper plates, cups and forks!” There was no washer and dryer in the unit and the vanity in the full bathroom was uncomfortably low. I’m 5’10 and I could only see half of my face. There was a rug in one of bedrooms that curled up which is a fall waiting to happen. I understand this is an older home, but there was a mildew odor. I understand that area has had tons of rain recently due to the storm which may account for the smell. There’s no dressers, tables or luggage rack the bedrooms for clothes or even your suitcase. The unit needs maintenance, but the art and furnishings were top notch.

As others have said, the pool was unavailable for most of our stay. They said it was due to maintenance, although there was no work being done. We would not have rented this place if we'd known we could not use the pool. Also, there was no pool pass. The owner said he would drop off the pool pass, but only if we waited at the unit for him to bring it by. With the pool not open, we were out and about, so we got no pool pass. Luckily for us, the woman smoking like a chimney who sat at the pool and collected information let us stay at the pool the one morning it was open. Also, there was a cooler hooked up in one of the bedrooms. It had a big hose that went to the window, and it sat on the floor. It was very loud, and when the temperature was close to what the thermostat was set on, it would cycle on and off every few minutes, waking me up throughout the night. In addition, there was no such unit in the other bedroom, so we left the two doors open. But the cool air did not make it to the other room, so it was warm in there.

Great location to Charleston

The condo is really nice and clean. It was quiet. Great location for accessing the many areas of interest in the Charleston area. I would stay there again.

Nice Place but Bad Communication Issues with Host

We had a good stay, but it was hard to communicate with Shawn, the host (even VRBO couldn't get through to owner after I contacted them for help). When I did speak to the owner, there was difficulty with his follow-through of what he said. I am a 60 plus year old Diabetic (and Disabled Veteran) and my doctor had changed my medication which caused me to over-book my reservation, when I realized it I reached out to the property manager (Shawn) for help, and to this day he (Shawn) never did what he said that he would do to help concerning my error on the reservation. So there is a trust issue here with Shawn. I am not trying to put this gentleman down, I am only telling the truth. There were other communication issues that I won't address here because I addressed them with Shawn, when I was finally able to reach him. For anyone who chooses to stay at this location (Ladson SC), just know that there may be a communication challenge with this host. The place was nice, but customer service should be a priority for all property managers with VRBO, and it was obvious to us that we were NOT a concern for Shawn because of the lack of follow-through. I hope that Shawn will be better to others than he was with us. My family and I will never stay at this property again.

Please change the shower mat

Everything was just perfect for our 3rd Sunday dinner with family and beach day. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay they didn't like the steps because they're over 60 but that's not anything you could fix. I only had 2 critiques and those are the blinds (some were broken) and to change the shower mat in the bathroom. The mat became slippery when wet. I loved the Johnathan Green prints and decor. Parking just out front for easy loading. Overall will stay again when visiting Charleston.
