It was the perfect location for our needs. Really close to the hospital. Host was easy to communicate with and offered to let us in early after a long day of travel. Having a dedicated parking spot inside of a garage was the icing on the cake.

Quick Philly trip with friends

The rental property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival the apartment was nice and cool, which we all appreciated! The garage was a great plus, providing convenient parking. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the house included thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of toilet paper, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had a great time in Philly!

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert at the Mann. The apartment was close by- maybe a 10-15 drive. The apartment was cute, clean and perfect for 2 couples. The garage parking was a blessing! The rooftop area was nice as well. We had a great time!

Great choice

The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Host was very responsive. Unfortunately, two separate fire alarms chirped on the first and second nights of our stay because the batteries needed to be changed. Tina told me where to find the batteries and I was able to stop the noise.

Clean, modern 2-bedroom in University City

Our stay in Philadelphia was fantastic. We needed a two-bedroom apartment rental with two secure private parking spots and this is exactly what was provided. The building is quiet with a wonderful roof-top patio that we enjoyed. The apartment has everything you could need for four adults - two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The location is great - near to the universities and many restaurants and not far from Lincoln Financial Field where we attended a Club World Cup game. Tina was very responsive and answered all of our questions regarding checking in and out, parking and getting around town. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental if you are visiting Philadelphia.
