Convenient clean condo

Very nicely appointed 2 bedroom condo. Recently constructed. Big plus is the ground floor protected parking. Owner is very responsive. My wife was having surgery at HUP and the drive was 10 minutes off peak. Easily walkable if you’re visiting Penn or Drexel. Little bit noisy early morning due to construction on the other side of Chestnut St. Google maps photo of the building is not updated so don’t be alarmed if you’re checking it out. We would certainly stay here again when we are returning to the area.

Place was perfect

Came to visit my daughter in college at Drexel and stayed here for the weekend. The place is clean and so well decorated. I loved the garage (make sure you read the check in instructions beforehand) parking underneath the unit. Made things very easy coming home later at night. Tina was very responsive and always available. The rooftop was beautiful and perfect for a nice spring night. We will stay again!

Clean and comfortable stay

We had a great stay at Tina's apartment. Check in instructions were clear, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient – a short walk to UPenn, which we were there to tour. Lots of food options in the area.

Awesome place to stay

Highly recommend the property. Came in town for wrestlemania with two of my friends. Tina was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The garage is a game changer!!! There is nowhere to park on the street due to construction going on all around the property. I lived in Philly for 3 years so the noise isn’t an issue. The property itself was very nice. The bedrooms are nice and the couch was comfy to sleep on. The blankets on the bed are life changing. I could use that blanket everyday for the rest of my life. Would definitely stay again if I come back to the city for a few days. Thank you for the hospitality and hosting us in crossing off a bucket list event.
