The entry stairway to the 3rd floor (no elevator) was absolutely filthy. The door to the actual entry was difficult to manage and the door frame was loose. Inside was neat but certainly not super clean. No spare toilet paper in downstairs bathroom, there was a bottle cap on the floor apparently from the previous tenant. The beds would more accurately be called 'cots'. Communication with the host was hit or miss, mostly miss. He was not helpful after the rental fee was paid. The amount of additional fees was well beyond what I expected. Overall, not satisfied and would not recommend to any other traveler.

Thank you for your feedback, Jackie—we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all of our guests.
To address some of your concerns: the stairway is a shared building space and not part of the private unit. Recent winter weather had impacted those common areas during your stay, and this has since been addressed.
The unit was professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Each bathroom is stocked with additional toilet paper under the sink, and we were happy to assist but did not receive any follow-up after sharing those details.
The beds are standard king and queen beds with full frames, as shown in the listing photos. We remained responsive throughout your stay and were glad to accommodate a complimentary early check-in at your request.
The fee referenced was travel protection selected through Vrbo, which is disclosed as non-refundable at booking and not imposed or collected by us. Vrbo also offers a refundable coverage option, though that was not selected for this reservation.
We wish you all the best in your future travels.
Fantastic location. Enjoyed the rooftop, great view of city lit up for the Phillies (game 1). Nearby bagel shop and pizza place are both perfect take out options. Place was nice and quiet for an action-packed sports weekend in Philly. Love the local area murals too. The instructions for parking didn't have information for opening the garage gate- but otherwise nothing negative to report. Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful condo within walking distance of so many sites. The place was spacious and we felt at home with so many nice amenities. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Philadelphia. Our host was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations.
The property was exactly like it appeared in the photos and comfortable enough for 5 adults. Lush Pads, the host organization was extremely communicative throughout the stay and sent very thorough check-in information. The location is great as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the convention center, the goal of our trip. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was clean and updated. The upper level did not have a separate temperature control so it was significantly warmer up there than the main level (with the air conditioning on).
First, the host was fantastic! Always responded quickly to any of my questions and let us have a late check out when my wife’s flight was delayed. The actual place was a little disappointing. The check in process was somewhat complicated- you needed 3 codes to get into unit. The directions for the prepaid parking were useless. The real problem was the upstairs bedroom was extremely hot and we could not sleep in it - despite setting the downstairs thermostat to 65.

Thank you so much for your kind words about our hosting! We’re glad we could assist with your questions and accommodate your late check-out. We’re sorry to hear that the upstairs bedroom was too warm during your stay. We’ve since installed an extra AC unit in the upstairs bedroom to ensure it’s more comfortable for future guests. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll also be working on improving the check-in instructions for a smoother guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay!
The apartment suited our needs for a 5-day stay for 3 people. It would have been a stretch to have more. The entry process to the apartment is confusing and was every time we left and came back. We finally just used the garage door opener to cut down on door codes. It’s on the 3rd floor, lots of stairs, no elevator. The internet went out our first night but was resolved. The kitchen needs a few more touches: dish towels, wine glasses, paper towels, extra plates, an actual coffee maker not just a Keurig. There’s so much great coffee to purchase in town! The upstairs bedroom needs a dresser and another chair. The bedside tables are too small. The closet is small and needs more hangers if there’s nowhere else to put clothes. Several windows in the apartment don’t open, especially on the first floor. That could be a fire hazard. Upstairs Bathroom light over mirror doesn’t work. Beds are comfortable overall. The neighborhood wasn’t upscale but we felt safe and it was quiet. The host was attentive and answered any questions. It was easy to get an Uber anywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great things to do in Philly so none of the above dampened our time there.
