Welcome to the top of the Village!
Our 3 BR/3 bath Village of Loon condo just went thru major renovations and is a great location for those seeking amazing outdoor adventures in the heart of the White Mountains.
Your family will enjoy this sunny multi level end unit that boast of open living concept living, kitchen & dining area with soaring cathedrals ceilings, gas fireplace & 65' TV. The new kitchen is well equipped with new cabinets, island & granite countertops will meet your all your cooking & eating needs The dining area leads out to deck with outdoor seating & gas grill and enjoy stunning views of Loon.
The new upper level primary ensuite has a king bed, bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level has a second large master suite with a queen bed with its own bath & sitting area, TV and a private balcony to enjoy those gorgeous views. The entry level bedroom has 2 twin beds and is off the main full bath.

The Village of Loon also offers many onsite amenities in our Recreation Center including: two indoor & 2 outdoor pools as well as in/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court, play area and exercise/workout room.
The Lincoln area offers so many fun filled activities at your finger tips: ride up Loon mountain on gondola or enjoy their mountain biking or ziplining. Venture out on the hiking trails, kayak the Pemi, horseback riding, golfing, mini-golfing. If that's not enough, there are amusement parks for all whole family to love including Storyland, Whale's Tale Waterpark & Santa's Village, ride the Cogs Railway up Mt Washington, other natural attractions such as swimming or tubing in the Pemi River, the Flume & Basin, and much more.

Great town house at Loon!

Great townhouse with a modern renovation and air conditioning! Everything was as described and no issues! Hosts were quick to answer questions prior to stay and checked in via text on day 2.

Great family getaway!

We stayed at this location recently and loved everything about it. The house was clean, it gave us space as a family of four, and the location is excellent. We found the owners to be very communicative and easy to reach. The pool/spa area is nice and there are indoor/outdoor options. We loved the porches and reading nook. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Went to Lincoln for the Highland Games. Minus Hurricane Lee, trip was great. Lodging was super convenient, clean, well maintained.

Gem in the White Mountains

We had a fabulous stay at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. Having a bedroom/bathroom on each floor gave everyone plenty of space. The main floor with the gorgeous kitchen and the super comfy living room was the heart of our family time. Whether it was gathering for breakfast or having snacks in the evening while watching the Olympics, this location was a hit with everyone. I would highly recommend this rental for a family that needs a little extra space. Between the fabulous location close to so many activities and the onsite pools (4!) and hot tubs, we were never bored!

Had a great time, few minor issues which the Host addressed. Condo was spacious, and fit perfectly for the 6 of us. Boys certainly enjoyed having 4 pools to choose from. We did have too many days of Rain

Perfect Size for Family of 5

Recent renovations were very nice but unfortunately there was sawdust everywhere. The kids were covered in it after sitting at the dining room table. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and trash in the downstairs kitchen area. Towels were new but not washed (or not washed enough times) leaving a lot of fuzz. Overall this is a very nice unit and the space was perfect for our 3 boys with our oldest on the bottom floor. It just needs a thorough after construction cleaning.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect central spot to check out a number of beautiful hikes and watch the leaves change. The house was as described, very clean, and with all the necessary amenities. We had a slight technological hiccup with check in, but ultimately were able to get in to the house easily. This would be a great home base for a trip during any season- we could see the trails at Loon from the condo!

Great place

My family and I had a great time here. The place had everything we needed. Our children enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We went to the pool a few times and the views from the pool was amazing. We came up here with my parents to visit Mt Washington and it was really nice after a day of excitement to come home to a cozy place. Beautiful place and clean. Will recommend. Thank you Mark and Renee for sharing your home with us.

Relaxing Family getaway

The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Each of my sons (12 & 14) got their own "floor" to have their own personal space. We enjoyed the time spent together as a family swimming, hiking, playing tennis, playing games. watching movies, cooking meals, and going out for ice cream. The condo was cozy and felt like home. We were sad to leave.

What a wonderful place

We had such a great experience with Reneé and Marks property. The place was spotless and you could tell they take a lot of pride in their property. The whole process was easy Snd the responsiveness was incredibly fast. Our family had such a relaxing vacation with our 3 little boys and would gladly stay again

Great location for a trip to the White Mountains

This condo was a nice place to stay and the location is close to many of the areas attractions and offerings. You are within a five minute drive to downtown Lincoln. You can cook at home or give one of the nearby eateries a try. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to my questions.
