Hi, I’m Tracey Savorn, owner and host of Savorn Staterooms. I was born and raised in Rancho Cordova along the American River Parkway and have a deep appreciation for the Sacramento region and all it has to offer.

Hospitality runs in my family—my grandmother owned the historic Savorn Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Inspired by that legacy, I’ve created a welcoming space where families, friends, sports teams, and business travelers can gather comfortably and make lasting memories.

I enjoy helping guests discover local restaurants, outdoor recreation, events, and hidden gems throughout the area. I look forward to hosting you and helping make your stay memorable.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of convenience, recreation, and community. I grew up in Rancho Cordova and have always loved its proximity to the American River Parkway, Lake Natoma, and all the outdoor activities the region has to offer.

One of my favorite things about this location is that guests can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and community events in Capital Village. The home sits across from Village Green Park and the neighborhood amphitheater, where seasonal concerts, festivals, and family events are often held.

The area is also a great home base for visitors attending sports tournaments, weddings, business events, or exploring Sacramento. Whether guests are here to relax, reconnect with family, enjoy the river, or discover local attractions, I love being able to share this vibrant part of Rancho Cordova with them.

Many large-group accommodations can fit a crowd, but few offer the comfort, design, and thoughtful touches of a boutique stay. This three-story brownstone was designed to bring people together while still giving everyone room to spread out and relax.

With 11 beds, multiple gathering spaces, three bathrooms, two laundry areas, and a lower-level kitchenette, the home works equally well for family reunions, sports teams, wedding groups, business travelers, and multi-generational families.

Located in Rancho Cordova’s walkable Capital Village neighborhood, guests are steps from parks, restaurants, community events, and just minutes from Lake Natoma, the American River Parkway, and Sacramento attractions.

My goal is simple: provide the space of a large vacation rental with the comfort and character of a boutique hotel.
