Luna Villa is a high demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a en suite with a queen bed. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Room 3 has a bunk bed with a star wars theme. Room 4 features twin beds with mickey mouse theme. Room 5 has a queen bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach; Daytona Beach.

Disney vacation

Even in July it gets lots of shade and we would have enjoyed the (otherwise cool) hot tub more. Loved the game room and resort amenities were nice. Bring your own floats for the lazy river and sports equipment for the courts. Star Wars bunks were very squeaky but everything else was comfortable.

Family Spring Break 2023

The house was beautiful! They only suggestion I could provide is possibly having kitchen cloths to wash and dry dishes (I didn't use dishwasher). Also, it takes a while for the ice maker to create the ice and noticed it was off prior to our arrival. Maybe it should be left on after each the cleaning to begin the process.

Villa Luna

Overall our stay at Villa Luna was amazing. The floor plan of the house was my favorite. 4 bedrooms upstairs (including two masters) one bedroom downstairs with another full bathroom that is shareable with the downstairs guest. The beds were comfortable. I would suggest to bring extra towels (only one person person is provided) and extra blankets like a throw over to sit on the couch with. The appliances were new and easy to use. The pool was warm enough for us being that there was a cold front (55-60 degrees) The TV’s in all the rooms worked except for the one downstairs. The house is nicely decorated very modern. The garage with the extra entertainment was a big bonus. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luna and would definitely recommend and return.

Christmas Family Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property over Christmas but wouldn’t go back. The house was clean and amenities were nice. Unfortunately, the pool heater to the resort kids area was broken when we went to use it which was disappointing. The kitchen was beautiful but lacked anything useful to prepare a meal for a family. The utensils were falling apart. There was only one small cookie sheet and a small set of cheap pots/pans. There was also no grill available on the property. The house was big with enough space for all 10 of us and had plenty of towels. Eventually we figured out that the hot tub would warm up the longer we left the jets on but there were no instructions and it wasn’t on when we checked in. The bedrooms were nice, but mattresses were not the best quality and they only had a sheet and light blanket on them and we couldn’t find any additional blankets anywhere. If you are only planning on using the house for sleeping this is probably fine for your needs. However, if you like to prepare your own food at home I would not recommend it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the neighborhood not the home.The carpets are filthy especially the stairs. The kitchen is equipped for stove top cooking only. There are no casserole dishes, Dutch oven, cookie sheets or any other way to use the oven. We didn’t know as we shopped on the way and wound up cooking pizza directly on the rack. We only had 3 people so it was ok but if you had a full house you would not have sufficient crockery. For example there is only 5 mugs and there is not enough cutlery either. This home has no placemats, no dish towels, no scrubber or sponge, no decent oven mitt. There is a dollar store on 27. We got what we needed and then donated it. There are a LOT of bugs in the pool. The owner should provide a skimmer. The toilet roll holder in kids bath is broken and should be replaced. We lost power and there are no flashlights or battery operated fans. My daughter lives in FL and says everyone has those on hand as storms are frequent.

The reason I say this is it was definitely not worth what we paid for it. We completely understand they probably jacked the prices up because it was Christmas, it was just a little disappointing when we saw it...knowing we paid over $4000. The house was pretty clean, except the kitchen table, which is a glass top and there were a ton of crumbs under the glass. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, however the bed I slept in was very uncomfortable. It was a king size bed that seemed very worn out. There was a hump in the middle and the sides slanted down. It was also a little chilly at night in Florida when we went and there were very minimal bedding and linens. I messaged the manager and was told unfortunately that was what was available. The only other complaint was with the pool heat being free during our stay. That seems like a great deal, however the heat is regulated and comes on at 8 am and turns off at 8 pm. My dad and son-in-law were looking forward to swimming in the morning and my daughter and I like to swim at night. Neither were possible because as I stated earlier, it was a little chilly at night and in the morning. It would have been nice if we were given the option to pay for pool heat...which we would have done. I did message the manager asking about that and again was told unfortunately that is what is available. Pool area was quite small as well.With all that said...I still would recommend the property, IF they charge less during the rest of the year. The location was great, many restaurants and shops close. Also close to theme parks. Traffic is horrendous in Florida though. We also utilized the resort’s pool and lazy river....that was fun! My grandkids really enjoyed it, and the adults were able to relax with a pina colada!

Wonderful Getaway Location

The games room was perfect, as was the pool. The house is clean and well maintained. Excellent size for a group of 8 people or more. The only issue was that the bunk beds in the Star Wars room are very squeaky - the bolts need to be tightened quite a bit. We would not hesitate to return to this home for future vacations!

Florida Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house wasn’t terrible, but could use some upgrades/double check cleanliness. The kitchen table under the glass still had old food/crumbs in it. The pool heat wouldn’t work the first day. Trash is supposed to be stored outside in the bin the night prior or that morning. We would put it out the night prior and every night some animal was getting into it tearing the bag causing trash to go everywhere. I suggest regular standing trash bins with a lid to keep the animals out. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable. The shower head in the master bathroom also could use an upgrade. Other than that the place was great. Pretty quiet area and we definitely will rent again through this company!

Mildew in pool. No pool net to clean. No mop. Vacuum barely worked. Sink leaked for two days before someone came to fix it which caused a puddle in floor. Jellybeans and cereal found in rooms. Ants upstairs. Opened soap in downstairs bathroom

Spacious and Fun

The house was spacious and offered a variety of bed sizes so all were comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub and were excited the pool had free heat during our stay. The game room was a big hit and sparred so family rival are. Very close to our daily travel adventures. The WIFi was a bit glitchy so often it cut out when we settled in for the day but wasn’t our main reason so we dealt with it.

Great resort!

We loved this property. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm! The resort clubhouse was amazing with drinks, food and ice cream (though pricey). The resort pool had a playground, splash area and a lazy river. My only critism for improvement...The bedrooms were nice but one master was missing a comforter that was pictured and not found anywhere in the house. The walls had many marks on them and the doors were squeaky. Also, kitchen supplies like pans and dishes were low given the size of the home and the number of people it could fit. Lighting in the kitchen/dining area was also low, could use upgrades. Overall, excellent stay for a large family or group.

Won’t stay again

The house wasn’t ready at 4 pm cleaning people still in there, it was dirty, there were some soiled towels in the unit, the WiFi never really worked, and the tv is very confusing
