Double bedroom ensuite, twin bedroom and second bathroom. Sleeps 3 or 4 persons. Open plan lounge with satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Sunny patio with Barbecue and furniture overlooking First Fairway.

Springbok, sable and ostrich are often seen on the Estate.
Langebaan, based on the lagoon, is a prosperous ocean-side area and well known as a watersport centre. The town, rarely overcrowded except for Christmas and Easter holidays, has a vibrant community atmosphere.
The cosmopolitan city of Cape Town is within one hour and 20 minutes drive. The town is renowned worldwide for international sports events - particularly cricket and rugby , and also for the annual Cape Town Cycle Tour (35,000 participants), in mid March.
The city has world recognised tourists sites, namely the Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain, Robben Island, and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
Sophisticated theatre, museums, restaurants and art galleries are common-place.

Born and schooled in Leicestershire, England. I travelled overland through southern Europe, Middle East, East and central Africa to Cape Town. I am now lucky to live in Cape Town - just below Table Mountain.
With friends and family I have spent sailing and fishing weekends on the lagoon at Langebaan for the past 40 years. Some of those friends now live in Langebaan.
Passionate about travel, Africa and wildlife I would like to introduce our guests to this beautiful area.
