Winston Cottage Leura - BEST Location & Views

Winston Cottage is a compact 2 bedroom north facing cottage with fabulous views with everything brand new and very clean. It has the convenience of being only 650m from Leura train station, the shops and restaurants in Leura Mall but still in a super quiet location. It offers 2 Queen bedrooms with fully built in wardrobes. One bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and the other bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom comprising separate shower, free standing bath, toilet and vanity, both bathrooms have a IXL heat lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave and all cooking utensils. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with the loungeroom just beyond. The lounge area has two very comfy leather couches, a huge flat screen TV, bluetooth DVD/CD player and a open flame gas log fireplace which warms the entire cottage nicely plus air conditioning for those hot Summer days. Outside at the rear is a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy a peaceful sunset with a glass of wine :) There are 2 completely separate rooms underneath the cottage which are owners storage. There are currently no laundry facilities at the cottage.

Close to shops and tourist attractions this place had a lovely mountain view from the dining area. Very well presented, the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very fast to respond to a small plumbing issue. We definitely recommend this property for its convenience as a base to discover the beauty of the local area.

Lovely, cosy cottage in Leura. Close to Leura Mall and with beautiful views across the valley. Everything provided and plenty of heating to keep us warm on the cold nights. Would definitely come again.

Perfect winter getaway

Winston Cottage has comfy sofas, a cosy fire and is well appointed. Best of all are the beautiful views - even when the mist/cloud rolled down the valley it was just as beautiful.

The cottage is just as described on website, tastefully renovated, fully equipped with all utensil and accessory items to meet your needs - and so very cosy, The hostess was very obliging - It filled our criteria for a real escape from city to mountains.

A cozy cottage with great views from the lounge room. A stone's throw from Leura and all the area has to offer. The gas fire worked a treat to keep us cozy and warm throughout our stay. Had all that we needed for a great stay.

We stayed two nights. It was a great location with a gorgeous view. Easy walk into Leura Village. Fully kitted out with super comfy beds and a very toasty gas fire. Pictures and info really accurate. Definitely recommend and we will go back again.

Cute Cottage Excellent Location

Perfect for two couples. This cottage was private, with a lovely outlook over the mountains. The weather was colder than we had expected, but the lovely looking gas fireplace soon had us toasty and warm. From here we could either drive or walk easily into the gorgeous town of Leura. A perfect place to stay.

Hi John We do have laundry facilities but as mentioned in the guest book, we ask our guests to request the key as it is part of downstairs which is separately accessed and contains some of our personal effects. We keep this locked unless requested for security It is a shame that you rated us so lowly for something that was in your power to easily fix. Our ratings are consistently high and we are very available to assist with any issues our guests experience. We are unable to assist if we are unaware of a issue. Our contact details are very visible in all our sent emails, displayed in the front of the guest book and also at the front door.

Cosy Cottage

The cottage was beautiful inside with all the amenities. Its just amazing the view from the living room ....me and my sisters had an amazing time looking at the sunrise ๐ŸŒ…. The serene surrounding with cockatoos near the windows. The bathroom is beautiful and so are the bedrooms. Had an amazing stay!!!

Mountain Cottage in Leura

We were two mature ladies who enjoy bushwalking, so Winston Cottage was an ideal base. My friend and I have stayed in many holiday rentals and we can honestly say this was the BEST! From the electronic ease of entry, two lovely bedrooms with our own bathrooms, spectacular views from our dining table, compact, but everything you would need in a kitchen.

Winston Cottage delight

Winston was exactly what we were looking for and lived up to its description perfectly. It's on the north side of the highway but has a beautiful outlook and Leura Mall was easy to get to.The cottage is spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Thanks a lot!
