Wake up to full ocean views, stroll to the private beach, or walk to the Crow’s Nest Restaurant and Historic Downtown Venice. Enjoy the heated oceanfront pool and clubhouse for a truly relaxing beachside retreat.

Perfect Short Term Rental

We are remodeling our kitchen in Venice and needed a place to stay for the month. This was a great spot for what we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and a convenient spot to our remodeling "project". Unit is a bit older but everything worked fine and it had everything we needed. Would rent it again.

great location on the beach! easy to walk to town, on the beach or to the south jetty. 3 state parks each within 1/2 drive. Quiet property - great sunsets.

The check-in instructions were pretty awful. It should’ve been noted that the lockbox was in the parking space assigned to unit 315. Instead, the instructions told us to look for a group of lockboxes located next to a sign that didn’t exist. We wasted at least a half an hour wandering around the parking area looking for the lockbox that was supposed to be labeled eye trip. Simply telling us to go to parking space 315 and finding our lock box there would’ve solved the issue.

The unit was clean & attractively decorated. ITRIP always responded in a timely manner to the few issues that needed addressed. In our opinion, a sofa instead of a love seat would have been more comfortable; however, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great Month at San Marco

Another wonderful month's vacation at the San Marco! Thank you to iTrip for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We had a minor issue with the AC to which they responded within a half hour to rectify the problem. Their response time is outstanding. Wonderful Time at Venice Condo

This was our second stay to the same condo, and in summary o It did not disappoint, it was wonderful; o Met all our expectations, condo was clean, contained all amenities you'll ever need; o ITRIP service was courteous and attentive to our needs; o Venice is blessed with multitude of diverse and up scale restaurants.
