Really nice little unit. A short walk to a nice beach and the pool was great. A short drive to coffee shops, restaurants and other stores for supplies. Would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

Hidden treasure

I was blown away at how nice the room was . The furnishing were top notch. They thought of everything that I could need for my stay . My friends that I was visiting could not believe how nice everything was . I will stay here anytime time I visit Venice Florida . The pool was super clean and very large , the beach access was great.

Anniversary trip

Very very nice ! Loved it so clean and easy to access. The condo had everything you could possibly need for our stay ! Venice was amazing the town was so quiet and the beaches beautiful . We had an amazing time and we will return 😊😊😊

Convenient to ocean

The unit is convenient to the ocean. We enjoyed the use of the 2 person kayak. The pool is nice but not heated. The unit is very small but it is well stocked and well organized for the space.

Creative And functional Space

Adorable small room with everything you would ever need. Location is wonderful with walking distance to the beach. Amazed they tucked in all they did with high end finishes. Loved the starry night ceiling!

Unit on golden beach

The unit was located very close to the beach . It was well equipped and the owner provided many amenities for the beach. It was a little smaller than we realized when we booked it. It was clean and well maintained. The owner responded quickly to our questions.

Walking in Venice

My wife and I love the location of this condo in Venice. Easy to walk to grocery or historic downtown. We also walked the parks in the area. The beach is private and uncrowded. I like to sift for shark teeth and when my scoop broke the condo had one available to use. That was a God send for me. People in other condos that we interacted with were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

One word--Quiet! So relaxing, peaceful and unit was as advertised. Owner thought of everything we might need. . . including binoculars to watch the dolphins. Easy to get to everything--restaurants, grocery, car wash. . .spent our time between pool and beach, both were great. We loved it and hope to return!

Had a wonderful time!

I wanted to find somewhere quiet and peaceful for a long weekend getaway.... this location was perfect! I especially liked that it was close enough to downtown Venice that I could walk there on a cool evening stroll. The owner does a great job accommodating the unit with everything you might need, as well as providing a binder with suggestions for nearby places to visit. Everything is very clean and the property is well maintained daily. I recommend visiting a place called Pops Sunset Grill, just North of Venice, in Nokomis, for great food with an awesome view. Snook Haven was a neat place for lunch or dinner, as well!

Perfect escape

I absolutely loved this trip. I went away for a solo trip and this room had absolutely everything I needed which made my time there even better. For a small space it has a lot to offer without making the room feel over crowded. It was nice to grab a sifter or chair or beach towel and head to the beach (which was maybe a 2 min walk away) the beach was beautiful and the pool on the property was awesome to have and kept clean. I'd recommend this to any solo travelers or to a couple that's looking g for a long weekend away. I also liked that they had a guest book in the room and a binder with info, restaurants and things to do.

Great Location

This is a small efficiency apartment with everything you need, including a full-sized refrigerator, although it is very small and we did not use the kitchen to cook. The bed was extreemly uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. The property has a large pool with chairs which we really enjoyed. It is a very short walk to the beach and walkable to downtown Venice Ave, which we did multiple time. They have fantastic restaurants and shops. Make sure you inventory everything in the unit as we were accused of taking a pillow and charged for its replacement.

Small but well Appointed

My Fiance and I spend three nights here (Thanksgiving weekend). The unit was very well appointed, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. There were "Lots" of extras, kayak, bikes, beach chairs, coolers, a record player, (yes, for vinyl records), a printer, and many other things, that were nice to have, but with many of there "extras" stored inside the unit, it relay reduced the space. We literally had no place to put our suitcases. It was a short walk across a parking lot to the Beach. The beach was nice, but does not compare to the beaches further south along the coast. Gray sand, lots of debris along the water line and in some places, it was very narrow due to erosion, The pool was very large and clean, but not heated as advertised. There was a large TV on the wall and the WYFI worked well. I would recommend this unit for a single person, but not for a couple.

Small but mighty!

We had a great stay! Timely communications. The place was comfortable and well furnished. Super close to a quiet, not public beach and only a short drive to downtown Venice. Bonus points for finding my first shark tooth!
