The Space:
This short term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.

This 3,067 sq ft 2-story villa-style home is located in Sonoma Resort, a beautiful resort community conveniently located to all the area’s major theme parks and attractions and they offer incredible amenities for vacationers. There’s a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort-style pool, and waterslide, poolside cabanas and loungers, fitness center, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, video game arcade, a lake, and walking and jogging trails. It's the perfect place for a large family or group getaway to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks.

The main spaces of the home:
- Large covered lanai with a private pool, BBQ grill (extra fee), table and chairs for outdoor dining, and sun loungers for tanning.

- A traditionally decorated open-plan space on the ground floor for group togetherness time.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with all high quality appliances to whip up any meal at home! Plus a dishwasher for easy clean ups!

- Plush living room furniture to relax with an indoor dining area nearby that seats 8 people comfortably and a breakfast bar with additional seating.

- A smaller family room with a comfy couch, plush carpet for separate TV watching.

- 5 beautiful bedrooms, all with en-suite private bathrooms plus a half bathroom to accommodate up to18 guests as such:

Bedroom 1 - King-sized bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom (ground floor).
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen-sized beds, TV and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen-sized beds,TV and an ensuite bathroom.

Sonoma Resort is conveniently located next to “The Loop,” a premier outdoor shopping and entertainment epicenter. But it’s also only minutes from the world-famous Walt Disney World Complex and many of the other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. In addition, you’ll find the home’s in close proximity to many upscale brand outlet malls, shopping centers, restaurants, bars and cafes, and of course numerous championship golf courses.

Since the home is self-catering, you’ll want to stop to pick up groceries and essentials and Sonoma Resort is only minutes to great shopping centers and superstores like Walmart and Target and specialty grocery stores like Whole Foods. The best part is the home is in a family-friendly resort-style community surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views and a lake near the home! It’s a fantastic getaway place for you and your family.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you also have amazing amenities with other activities such as:

- A luxury clubhouse, lounge area, a gorgeous walk-in pool with waterslide, a fitness center, arcade, various sports courts, and a children’s play area.
- Acres of nature and a lake with walking and jogging trails.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out.
- Great golfing in the area like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Club.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Sonora Resort community. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

- Universal Studios (20 miles)
- Seaworld /Discovery Cove (10.3 miles)
- Legoland and Water Park (41.2 miles)

- Loop West Shopping Center (2 miles)

- Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores (5.8 miles)

Grocery and Superstores:
- Walmart in Vine Street Square (1.8 miles)

Other Things to Note:
Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible.

The parking lot next to the pool and amenity area is available 24/7, while clubhouse parking is only allowed until 8 pm and not overnight.

A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $500USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad.
