Este es un hermoso 7 dormitorios / 5 completo y 2 medios baños. La casa está perfectamente situado en la tranquila comunidad cerrada de Cumbria Lagos. La casa tiene una magnífica vista de uno de los lagos de la comunidad que está orientada al sur.
Esta casa ha sido actualizado con todos los muebles nuevos y tiene un montón de espacio para dormir para 16 personas. La ropa de cama incluye ropa de cama de tamaño 3 rey, 1 de matrimonio que todos tienen sus propios baños. Los tres camas dobles comparten dos baños. Camas gemelas están decoradas con Disney tema. Todas las habitaciones tienen nueva pantalla plana LED TV 28 a 32 pulgadas. Todos ellos tienen por cable en cada habitación y reproductor de DVD en las habitaciones más grandes. El salón tiene un sofá de cuero y asiento de amor con una TV LED de 55 pulgadas, con cerca de 1.000 canales de disponibilidad.
La zona de la piscina cuenta con un spa que se le atribuye y tiene un calentador de la piscina por un pequeño cargo extra. Hemos instalado un activador spa automatizado para su comodidad marzo / 2015. Tiene un montón de espacio para sentarse y tomar el sol en esos fabulosos días de sol de Florida. La zona de la piscina también se encierran con una terraza para mantener los pequeños intrusos.
También tengo una de 4 dormitorios y 3 WC casa VRBO # 465098 y también se puede mirar a las críticas de referencia.

home fit all our needs and was very nice. pool heat was not as warm as we would have liked but still very nice, hot tub was excellent. overall a great place!

Day we checked in, no airconditioning, no response until 3 hours later! Then the cable went out in living room tv only took till the morning we left to fix! Then we have to strip the beds and wash the towels, i paid to have that done!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay even though we were hustling around Universal Islands of Adventure and Halloween Horror Nights. When we slowed down we were able to enjoy the home and the pool. Plenty of space for 9 adults to spread out and not be on top of each other and plenty of restrooms. I would definitely consider coming back for another stay and slow down a little to enjoy the house more.

A large come together family oriented home away from home!

It was very nice to be able to have my family all together in one unit. However closer attention should be placed on those assigned to ensuring that the linens on each and Every bed have been changed prior to next guest check in. It was very convenient to have on site laundry.

Large comfortable villa

Great instructions on how to find the villa and all codes needed etc which was appreciated after long flight. Well equipped and clean villa- had everything we needed. Lovely pool and got the sun almost all day. Had a couple of small queries with management company which were resolved very quickly. Would Love to return in the future.

Beautiful Home Resonabliy Priced

My husband, our five children, two with spouses our grandchild and my mother all stayed at the house for a total of 11 and we still had an extra bedroom with two beds! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within a gated community allthough the gates were never closed as long as we stayed which was 6 days. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of eachother. Anything you would need is at the house and there is also a grill which we didn't use but was nice it was there if we wanted to. Conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping as well as Disney and Universal Studios. It was nice to come back from a long day at the parks and sit in the hot tub or take a swim. We had a great time in this home and made many memories that we will talk about for years to come!

Extra big and beautiful home

We were a group of 16 and we all had our own space. Every room has practically a bathroom attached. The kitchen was fully furnished with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glasses. Everything was in its proper place. As we came in the home it was super clean. The home is situated within the quiet and gated community. Salvo, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. The pool area was really a charm, facing south we always had plenty of sunshine. It was also facing a beautiful lake. I am already planning our next vacation. Everything was immaculate. Thanks Salvo.

Ok, but lacking in some areas

We just returned from our vacation today. We went down with a group of nine, part of our original group of 13 canceled. I honestly can't imagine fitting four more people in this house. There is not much living area. Yes there were enough beds, which is what we were originally looking for, but stuff is squeezed in there. There was seriously inches between our bed and dresser. This property needs some updates. The carpets are stained. The beds are squeaky and extremely hard. There is black mold in the shower. The biggest disappointment was the lack of supplies. No paper towels, no dish soap, no soap for the dishwasher, lno basic cleaning supplies like 409 or Lysol....nothing. We have rented before and there is always basic supplies. This one didn't supply anything. There has always been basic things like salt, pepper, coffee filters. Be prepared to bring everything yourself! My kids liked the pool. It's small but probably par for the course in the area. The hot tub is really small as well. The air hockey table piece that keeps score didnt work. The pool table has a big rip in the felt so you can't really play. One of the pool sticks was actually being held together by duct tape. Also, the Internet server only holds six connections for wifi at a time. So we had to keep disconnecting one wifi so someone else could connect. Ridiculous for a house that is supposed to sleep 16. In this day and age updated Internet is expected. Oh and nowhere in the information we received mentioned anything about only allowing two cars in the driveway and NO cars on the road!! What?! I was supposed to fit my 16 people in two cars?! Kind of impossible isn't it?! Our stay was ok, not upscale by any stretch of the imagation. Basic was the word. It was an ok stay, but absolutely NOT upscale or fancy in any way, shape, or form!

We try our utmost best to keep our homes the best possible conditions for our guests. We also improve in any way possible with any critics feedback so we won't encounter the same problem twice. I am there for my renters and my joy is to make their stay the most enjoyable. We all fitted with new furniture and mattresses the whole home and there is no issues with mattresses. We also had previous renters with up to 18 people that always were amazed on the room sizes and ample space. There is space for two cars in the driveway and we could have made other arrangements for the other cars and yes you could parked in the street if you wished. You may have also communicated with me or the Management Company so we could have helped you in your needs on your stay. There is always start up kits through-out the home but the home is also self catering. Nevertheless we are always considering your critics and will improve in any way or form the conditions of the home so you or other guests will be most comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. Thanks for your input.

Nice and comfortable

The property was as described. The owner and property management company were very accommodating and readily available. The property could have been cleaner. There was long hair on the linen and towels. Not all of the bathrooms and toilets were as clean as I would like them. The home came fully equipped. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. The flies were uncontrollable. Overall, I do recommend the property because the things mentioned can be fixed. We were there for 6 nights. We felt safe and it was truly like being at home away from home.

House review

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of kitchen items. The handheld can opener needs to be replaced ,rusty and didn't work .The electric can opener was missing the magnetic piece to hold can, but did get it to work.I suggest you replace both. Overall we enjoyed location to parks and pool area. We didn't use the game room to busy.

Okay stay!!

House could have been a little cleaner. Dirty bedding, dirty floors, towels smelled of mildew. Great neighborhood though. Check in and check out was fairly easy. Host did communicate well and promptly.

Had this trip planned a couple years ago but Covid disrupted it. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to keep it. We really enjoyed our time here, looking forward to next year doing it again. Close to everything, quiet community, and friendly people.

Not what we bargained for

No hot tub heat, no bbqq available , very difficult checking, maid showed up at 830am on day of departure instead of 1000am. Did not speck english

There is extra charge for pool heat and spa. BBQ also available but never requested. Check out is at 10:00am. All information is send in advance to how and where to pick up the home key.

Best Home!

This is my third time that I have rented with Salvo directly. May I mention that the Owner has upgraded this home every time I have rented. This time around he replaced all bedroom floors from carpets to floating floors, painted all the upstairs bedrooms and changed the game rooms tables. This home is impeccable and must see to believe. Very clean and comfortable. Close to all the Disney parks and fabulous rear pool area. A must see and stay if you are considering to stay close to the Disney theme parks. Thanks Salvo to make our vacation the most enjoyable one, again! I have already reserved for next year.

This property is actually a home away from home for us. It has that luxurious feel to it that makes you feel special. My wife and I really appreciate this home. We put effort in to make it feel as comfortable as possible, so our guest would feel the same way. As soon as you pass the front gates of the community it has the sensation of tranquility and safety. When you step in the home you get the sensation just to relax and enjoying the peace of mind it gives you.

We have elegant and high quality furniture through-out the home. Flat screen TV in every room and don't forget the fabulous game room. Every big room has its own full washroom. The home has a south facing pool and pond view at the rear.
Just 10 minutes from the front gates of Disney. Excellent choice for those big family reunions. The home actually can sleep 16 people comfortably.
Make it happen and rent this home for an unforgettable stay that you will never forget.
