The Lodge at OZK Ranch will capture your heart and imagination the moment you escape to your very own secluded mountain top. Located on 550 acres of gorgeous Arkansas mountaintop you are certain to find the peace and seclusion you seek. With plenty of room for guests, and a huge wrap-around covered porch you can enjoy from sun up to sundown.
Please note: You are welcome to bring ATVs and ride with care on the property ONLY if you have booked the entire property. Please contact me for more information. We want to ensure that all guests get the chance to quiet enjoyment of this incredible property.

Peaceful views

Quiet and peaceful, lovely sunrises and sunsets with a wrap around porch. Every direction is lovely for sitting and watching and relaxing. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, plenty of local hikes and paddles.

Buffalo river getaway with friends.

We found this wonderful home near the Buffalo river just perfect for our large group. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the spacious cabin, and let’s not forget to mention the amazing wraparound views.

Friendsgiving getaway

Loved our stay at the lodge!!! Beautiful property with incredible scenic views. My dog also enjoyed the open fields. Definitely recommend! Thank you Hansen for hosting us. Will be visiting again soon.

amazing view!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was very peaceful and beautiful. We walked around the ground and even got to see the roadrunner. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The only suggestions would be for some kind of window treatments (curtains or blinds ) in the bedrooms. The host was very helpful in giving us information about the history of the cabin and the property. We will return again in the future!

Amazing Views

We had the best weekend at this cabin, the wraparound porch and beautiful mountain views were great! If you plan to cook a lot bring pots and pans as the ones provided were extremely worn. Dishwasher runs but doesn’t clean. None of that dampened our stay but could use a new set of pots and pans and dishwasher fix for future guests. We would stay here again!

Family Ozark Vacation

We had an amazing time at the Ozark Lodge! We had amazing evenings and sunsets. Lots of bunnies right by the house and deer out in the fields. Porch swing was my favorite spot. We were close to the Buffalo Outdoor Center and their amazing canopy Zipline. Lost Valley trail in Ponca was so much fun too, especially the cave! Not far from Jasper and the Ozark Cafe recommendation was awesome. We did travel an hour or so to get to Buffalo River Outfitters to get to a good spot to canoe- Tyler Bend to Gilbert- due to low water levels. Overall we had an amazing time and the cabin was the perfect location and place to relax.

Overpriced for the amenities.

Way overpriced based on the quality and cleanliness of amenities inside the house. BbQ was crazy dirty so unusable. Also Limited communications from property owner despite following up regularly via VrBO message. Nice place to stay but amenities and poor service are not worth the price you pay.

Gorgeous cabin, beautiful view!

This property was just as advertised but the pics don't do it justice. The view is unreal, especially I'm the evening. We stay in Ponca several times per year and this property may have just become our favorite to stay with family. A note to those who are concerned about connectivity, we have AT&T and had full bars when we were on the porch. Also, the wifi at the cabin is very good.

Property was beautiful! Private and quiet. Host was excellent! Easy check in and out. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay! We had eight adults and two children in our group.

Breathtaking views, easy drive, clean cabin, + much more.

We had a different house booked for 4 months to stay in this same area. It was canceled the night before our trip due to overbooking us. I found this Cabin available for 2 of the 3 nights we needed. The next morning, I was able to call the property manager and explain our situation. He was able to turn the cabin around and accommodate us for all 3 nights. We enjoyed our trip as if we never missed a beat. Many thanks to the manager for saving our trip. The house is beautiful and clean and sits on top of a hill with almost a 360 view of the surrounding mountains. We will return!

Truly enjoyed this experience. We had an amazing time making memories and exploring the area. The hot tub was perfect for the children since the weather was a little chilly. Such a gorgeous view. Everything was exactly what I expected. I would return in a heartbeat.

Great little get away!

The Lodge at OZK was a nice place to come to after a long hike. The hot tub was great! The view is beautiful especially at sunset. The the lodge was perfect for our family of 5. Next time we could even let the boys all bring a friend & still have plenty of room. We plan to come back to float the Buffalo.

Wonderful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at OZK Lodge! The owner is very responsive and helpful! Hot tub and views were amazing, property was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The only complaint was the master shower was missing a shower curtain, so we just used the upstairs shower. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Cabin on a Mountain Top

The property was amazing and very easy to book. The owner stayed in contact the entire time and was ready and willing to address any issues that could have came up. It is located just close enough to general supply stores in Ponca. The drive to both numerous hiking trails and the Buffalo River was less than 10 minutes. The cabin had everything you will need and a hot tub perfect for watching the sunset. There is plenty of room so bring your friends and family. The kitchen was big and had everything you will need to cook anything. I have been coming to Newton County for 20 years and this is as nice of a place I have ever stayed in. Will definitely be back and strongly recommend you giving this place a try!!

This place definitely does not sleep 16. Beautiful property but the lodge is very odd.

Beautiful property but not worth the cost. With the cleaning fee plus the Arkansas tourism tax it is well above the quoted cost. The lodge is not worth the cost and maybe sleeps 12, which includes sleeping on air mattresses that do not stay inflated. Also, most rooms do not have a door or closet. Also, most bathroom areas do not have doors.

Labor Day Wknd ‘21

Everything from booking through checkout was great with this gorgeous home! We had only one small hiccup with the WiFi due to an overnight storm (but who really needs that when you’re out in the country) in which the owner was so great about getting there within reasonable time to try and fix it up for us. The location is well secluded, providing incredible views of the landscape during the day , and unbeatable views of the stars throughout the night . We absolutely love the time spent here with family for the weekend and highly recommend to others . Would definitely return.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect stay for us and the hot tub was great. I highly recommend this cabin and the hosts are super nice and easy to communicate with before, during and on departure. We will be back no doubt.

Great views.

Great view off the back porch, you can literally sit there all day and night in the rockers. My only feedback is that there is a 105 cleaning fee and I had to hand wash all the dishes and put them away as part of the check out.
