What you described is not acceptable, especially for a returning guest. The incorrect door code, items blocking access, and the condition of the internet and water systems should have all been checked and ready prior to your arrival. We completely understand your frustration. This has been shared directly with our operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams so we can ensure a much stronger pre-arrival inspection process moving forward.
