La Dolce Vita is a beautiful four-bedroom, three-bath family home on the direct Intracoastal waterway. It is situated on the exclusive Terra Mar Island in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The private Beach Club, which you can access with a key, is within walking distance, and Lauderdale by the Sea is nearby.
Upon entering La Dolce Vita, you step inside an open floor plan that overlooks the outdoor pool lounge area and the Intracoastal waterway.

The main living area is comfortable and spacious, with two (2) full-size leather sofas, a comfortable reading chair, and a 55-inch LED High-Definition Television. The kitchen is fully equipped with counter granite and custom wood cabinetry. Formal dining can seat up to 8 people.

The Master Suite Bedroom features direct access to the outdoor pool and lounge area. It has two nightstands, a full-size dresser, an LED High-Definition television, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and TVs. The third full bathroom is in the hallway.

La Dolce Vita has WiFi throughout the home, cable television, and phone landline service.

The deck area is covered and has dining for Six (6) people, chaise lounge chairs, and a stainless propane BBQ. With a Heated Pool and lounge Area, it is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation

The beautiful home was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well-appointed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space, the heated pool, and the view of the intercostal with boats passing by. The house has a fob for the Terra Mar private beach access. The property manager was excellent.We will be back for a long stay.

Beach Getaway

Place was great. Intercostal water was great watching boats. Place was clean. Loved it. Walk to beach was 5 minutes but we spent most of our time by the pool. Great time. Thanks

Perfect getaway

Pictures are accurate, which is a huge plus! Very clean, plenty of everything you’d need in a home away from home! Even the neighbors were super nice. (They live there full time) There’s not a lot of channel options, but honestly, we didn’t care. We were outside most of the time enjoying the views!

Best Covid Escape

This house is amazing! You will never want to leave. It is equipped with four bikes, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood island everyday. The back yard and pool area is a oasis. Sabrina was a delight to work with and very efficient. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

This property was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked so we enjoyed cooking there several nights. The pool was great and the view of the inter-coastal was amazing. We would stay there again.

Family Florida Vacation.

We do not think we got what we paid for. Most items are of lower category in the house. Television are antiques and supposed to have only local channels. No smart TV. None of the bedrooms TV worked. In kitchen all appliances are very inefficient. Microwave is placed so high that we can’t reach easily. Difficult to read the numbers. Plates and cups for heavy lifters. Dish washer never cleaned the dishes well. Always wet after cleaning. All Beds are so soft that my brother in law had back pain. A/C is cold in some rooms while one bedroom does not cool down at all. This was not worth the money we spent. Location is great and great neighborhood. Place needs to be updated for the high charges and great neighborhood.

Family get away.

Perfect property for our family get away, always entertained with all of the boat traffic in front of the house. Short walk to the beach. The property was well kept and had everything we needed and also met our expectations.
