The Space:
Recently revamped by renowned home deco designers Michael Ostrow and Roger Stoker of Grace Home Furnishings, The Colony Hideaway merges mid-century architecture with a one-of-a-kind tropical flair. This home features a formal Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for entertaining, whether a poolside barbecue or a formal dinner, the home has everything you need to escape. Each of the guest rooms come equipped with large closets and Flat Screen Smart TVs with plenty of room to make it your own home away from home. The Master Suite offers a King-sized bed, Sitting Area, and an en-suite bathroom. Attached to the Master Suite is the Media Den, which also features a queen bed that can be used for overnight accommodations or as a lounge for TV viewing.

This entire space is accessible via a sliding glass door, which leads directly to the pool area. The third Guest Bedroom features a King-sized bed, large closet, and access to the shared hall bathroom with a large vanity and tub/shower combination. Why would anyone endure an onslaught of mosquitoes or expensive roaming charges when you could just as easily simulate the desert experience, without losing the modern amenities?
The patio area features an outdoor living room and dining area adjacent to the unique oval-shaped pool and above ground spa. Enjoy stunning views of the rugged San Jacinto Mountains rising from the West as you sit back and relax. The Colony Hideaway features several other outdoor spaces, such as a sizeable in-ground gas fire pit and comfortable seating, which sits to the West of the home. A secluded area with two custom hanging basket chairs to the South provides ample opportunity for a respite from the conversation or a romantic vantage point with Western views. The green space at the front of the property has been converted into an impromptu Croquet arena, feel free to play a game - or five - using the vintage sets provided!
