The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bathroom features double sinks, an expansive shower with dual shower heads, and a free standing soaking tub with views of the bay. The loft includes an additional sleeping area, half bath, and a third-floor balcony for an exclusive panoramic crow’s nest view of the bay.

Situated in a protected cove, the boat lift can accommodate boats up to 24’ in length on a 15,000lb boat lift.
