Excellent Stay

Great stay at this property . Group of nine and we all had lots of space . Loved no carpets in the house . Pool heat was lovely, house clean and spacious and supplied with everything we needed . Am returning hopefully next year !

Everything was wonderful about this home except the pool had a link and we could not use the pool when we wanted to. But the owner was quick to call maintenance to fix. I would definitely stay again.

Great House

Only 2 issuesSpa is listed as a Hot Tub, paid for heat and water only gets to 89 degrees. Not warm enough for a "Hot Tub"Toilet seat in the upstairs guest bathroom is damaged and needs to be replaced. I have a picture if you would like to see.Otherwise every thing was great

Disneyworld family vacation

When we arrived the swimming pool was so dirty that we couldn't even use it. Someone did come the following day to clean it, however. The second day we were there the door handle broke on one of the patio doors and it never got fixed but were able to use a different door to the pool. We really enjoyed the home and location but no one ever contacted us to see how our stay was going, unlike other VRBO's that we have stayed at. My grandchildren really enjoyed the community pool that was available.

Orlando villa trip

Had an amazing time in orlando at this great property. The photos and description are exactly as you find the property. The villa is huge! It was perfect for our needs. Great location also if looking to stay home in villa and venture out for dinner. You can get to a good number of places with a 15 dollar taxi ride. As always there were a couple a small issues, toaster faulty, unlevel pool table. But the main issue which was past onto the owners was the pool area. In our arrival the pool area had a build up weeds which only took me 15mins to clear but feel little things lile that should be kept o top of. Also the pool itself had not been cleaned for our arrival and i had to spend alot of time cleaning it. I even bought a new piol scimmer as the one provided was broken. After a couple days the pool giys did come and give it a very good clean. But feel this should be done when you know you have a new booking arriving. Seen a few reviews saying the same so think they meed to take note. All in all this did not deter what was a fantastic family holiday in a wonderful villa. Would definitely come again as it was a home from home. Thank you

The location is perfect to get to anywhere you want in and out of Orlando. The house has everything you need and perfect for when you come back and can take a dip in the pool. Would definitely reserve this place again.

As advertised!

The house is home away from home. Has all amenities to be comfortable and is close to anything you are missing. Very very very responsive owners. The pool alarm is in working order with no issues. If you want the pool and hot tub heated, be sure to let them know a few days in advance to ensure fully heated. Makes a HUGE difference in the temperature. We would definitely stay there again.

Florida Pool Safety Regulations Not Met

This property is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. However the same attention to detail doesn’t extend to the pool. The pool doesn’t have a cover, so involved us in a daily task of removing debris and a lot of earth worms! The hot tub worked once and then gave up. More importantly, the patio door pool alarm didn’t work at all, and the exterior ‘bug’ cover was ripped (the only repair carried out during our two-week stay). The absence of a pool alarm is a major (and regulatory) concern for those who, like us, have small children in their party. If the pool is an important part of your holiday, and if you have small children, give this villa a miss. Florida Pool Safety Regulations are not met, and the owner doesn’t appear to care.

The property was very nice and clean and a really first class environment. Great rooms and furniture for all with a wonderful swimming pool and terrific game tables and televisions. This home is a true blessing and really enjoyable.

Excellent Gateway Home

Highly recommend this fully equipped and comfy home. Great location, quiet, private and secure neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed the pool and play room. Great for family stays, home away from home and greatly located with reasonable distance from theme parks. Thanks so much host! Will look forward to rent in the near future.

Everything was perfect , from communicating with the property owner, check in process , the neighborhood, the house was amazing clean and just spacious and games in the garage for all ages , the pool was clean and felt good .. rooms and beds were nice and comfortable i highly recommend staying just overall just right definitely will book again
